Very lovely views. Overall pricey but I think thats just how it is in Kazbegi
Pros:

Maria is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and spacious with a balcony with a gorgeous view of kazbegi. The bathroom is big and comfortable and hot water was always available. Free coffee and tea upstairs were really nice.

Cons:

We stayed for 4 nights and on two of them we could hear a lot of door slamming all the time even up till 11 pm one night. One day there was also a lot of commotion around our room where someone knocked on our door twice? Not the hotel’s fault but maybe the administrator could try to calm them down when hearing this, or ask guests to be more respectful of the others staying.

We were welcomed at the hotel by a very friendly girl from Ukraine. Unfortunately, I don't know her name. The room was in excellent condition—spotlessly clean and fresh-smelling. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and fragrant, and the overall conditions were excellent. The view was absolutely beautiful.
There was parking available on the hotel premises, inside a closed and secure area, so our car was completely safe. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was also a great space on the top floor where guests could prepare coffee, meals, and enjoy breakfast while admiring the stunning mountain views.
I highly recommend this place. If I ever return to Stepantsminda, I will definitely stay at this property again. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

На второй улице от главной дороги это удобно когда проездом не надо долго искать, красивый вид из окна, хорошая постель

Потрясающее расположение с отличным видом и из номера и из общей кухни. Отдельно хочется выделить персонал и менеджера Марию: помогали нам еще до того, как мы приехали, подсказали по экскурсиям, конным прогулкам. Когда было холодно - принесли пледы, когда вернулись с грязной и мокрой одеждой после Джуты - предложили постирать. В целом чувствуешь себя, как будто приехал погостить к семье. Спасибо за уют и комфорт!

Спасибо большое, все очень понравилось, центр рядом, есть балкончик, можно вечером посидеть , отдохнуть, чисто, уютно, доброжелательная хозяйка, на обратном пути заедим обязательно!

Great View over the Mountains
Pros:

This is a newer, purpose-built small hotel a five minute walk from the centre and bus station. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean.
The best are the west-facing balconies to soak up some afternoon sun with great views over the mountains.
There is a communal kitchen area on the third floor with fridge and water kettles.
Maria, the receptionist, speaks good English.

Cons:

Small additions would make the place better: electric kettle in the rooms, some shelving in the bathroom to put toiletries, and a microwave in the kitchen area.

Очень понравилось проживание! Вид из окна просто огонь, ради него уже хочется вернуться снова. Отличное расположение, всё рядом и удобно добираться. В номере чисто, уютно и комфортно, есть всё необходимое для отдыха. Атмосфера очень приятная, остались только положительные впечатления.
