Hotel nuevo con excelente ubicación, vistas e instalaciones y un personal maravilloso.
Pros:

El trato exquisito que nos ofreció María, la encargada de la recepción, siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos y orientarnos durante nuestra estancia en la ciudad
El mirador que tienen arriba es excepcional al igual que las vistas desde la terraza de la habitación.

El hotel esta a 10 min caminando del "centro". La dueña muy amable y servicial. Habitacion grande, limpia, luminosa con una gran terraza con vistas. Baño limpio, con agua caliente y gel parq ducharte. Tienen una cocina en la planta alta que puedes utilizar para hacerte comida. Wifi no lo probamos porque se cayo la linea ese dia. Todo muy bien

Это самы крутой отель за всю поездку по Грузии- Армении. Это абсолютно новый отель, новая сантехника, новые кровати-матрасы. Супер заботливая хозяйка отеля, которая переживает за ваше размещение при снижении температуры за окном и готовая всех окружить заботой и вниманием. На последнем этаже есть кухня с потрясающим видами из окна и все необходимое. До центра, где рестораны, магазины, обмен валюты очень близко и при этом, что не первая линия, очень тихо, спать - одно удовольствие.

Wonderful stay at the hotel
Pros:

Eka was such a sweet and accomodating host.
She was always available for any questions I had and made sure I had everything I needed.
Check in was easy and quick, the room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfy, and I had a full wardrobe and desk area as well as a small balcony with a crazy beautiful view of the Caucasus mountains.
The location was also good, a 7 minute easy walk (albeit uphill, but pretty much everything is in Kazbegi :)) from the center of the town, so very walkable.
It was a wonderful stay, and I was sad to have had to leave when I finished my stay at Kazbegi.

Cons:

I honestly don't have complaints.

Amazing views, clean rooms and great location!
Pros:

The host Eta is very nice and lovely and looks after her guests. The rooms are clean and the views are amazing! Would definitely stay again, we had a great time!
