Nothing positive to say.
Unfortunately the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Despite what the map showed, the location was too far away to be able to walk to the mosque. The bed was super uncomfortable. The room and bedding smelt of smoke. The shower had no power, so takes 3 business days to wash your hair. If you are not being kept awake by the bright lights from the hallway, you will be by the noise. You can hear every little thing and every person walking/talking. Impossible to sleep. The breakfast is not edible with half a salad and a boiled egg.
Very disappointing after we had come from such a lovely hotel in Mekkah just before.

I was not given a room in this hotel as they had double-booked. However, they were able to re-locate me to another nearby hotel called Platinum Hotel. Facilities of latter hotel were reasonable in terms of comfort and cleanliness
I had written several emails to the hotel confirming the date and time of arrival. I did not receive any replies and was disappointed when informed that they had double-booked and I was re-located to another nearby hotel

Il faisait assez froid dans la chambre la nuit mais c’est sûrement dû à la période hivernale.
In general, I had a good stay in Gelnar Upscale Hotel. The staff showed an awesome effort to help me, even they don't speak English. One of staff from Indonesia helped me a lot to solve the check-in issue when the internet connection did not work on my phone. Thank you so much.
The location of this hotel to the prophet mosque is about 5-10 minutes by shuttle bus, which they provided, but the shuttle bus schedule is not 24h. It departs from hotel to the mosque several times before shalah time, but returns to the hotel only after shubuh prayers time, dhuhr prayer, and isha prayer.

الاتوبيسات مش 24 ساعة هي في مواعيد الصلاة
عكس اللي مكتوب مينفعش تقعد لحد الشروق في الحرم
و بعد العشاء بساعة المفروض تمشي عشان تلحق الاتوبيس
السوق طيب و محترم جدا و بيستناك و المواعيد مظبوطة بس ده العيب
لو تم تطويل المواعيد زي مكة هيبقي احسن بكتير من اول الفجر لحد 11 بالليل لان اخر اتوبيس الساعة 9
