SKY Hotel Astana оставил самые приятные впечатления!
Расположение — идеальное: в самом сердце города, буквально в нескольких шагах от Байтерека, рядом — лучшие рестораны и всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха и работы.

Отдельно хочу выразить благодарность администраторам Рахиме и Зухриддину. Их отзывчивость, внимательность и искреннее стремление помочь сделали моё пребывание особенно комфортным. Очень приятно, когда персонал так чутко относится к гостям!

Определённо буду рекомендовать SKY Hotel Astana и с удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова. Спасибо за отличный сервис!

Pros:

Локация- шикарно! Из за него и приехали)). Сервис средний. Если не сказать не очень.т.к. мусорное ведро не очищено после предидущих клиентов. Зубная щетка одна, вторую выпросили. Полотенце одно, вторую донесли. Одеадо на 2-х спасльную кровать - односпальное. Простыни мятые, не смененные с преидущих клиентов. Просто ночью спорить сил не было. Легли в одежде. Нет завтраков.
