Pros:

Место расположения отеля.

Cons:

Номер заявлен как люкс- но хотелось бы отметить, отсутствие туалетных принадлежностей; туалетная бумага небольшие остатки видимо от предыдущих проживающих ; в ванной плохо уходит вода; Один халат, хотя номер бронировался на двоих.

Отличное месторасположение — прямо возле поющих фонтанов у Байтерека. Из окна открывается потрясающий вид. Сам номер превзошёл все наши ожидания, а ванная просто огромная, почти как мини бассейн ^^ Персонал очень отзывчивый и внимательный. Всё на высшем уровне!

Excellent location right next to the singing fountains near Baiterek. The view from the window is absolutely stunning. The room itself exceeded our expectations, and the bathtub was impressively spacious like a mini swimming pool ^^ The staff were very friendly and attentive. Everything was top-notch!

Вид с окна ,но окна без тонировки.

Cons:

Окна без тонировки. Полотенце сушитель не работает. Слышимость очень сильная ( постоянно слышно все ,что происходит за номером. Халатов нет. Зубная щётка была одна,хотя заселили двое.

Great place to sleep for a night or two, basic hotel but the staff are great
Pros:

Overall good place to sleep, friendly staff members. Were able to quickly respond and accommodate me. Very flexible.

Cons:

Outdated building, not super clean. Lock is old school, no elevator.
