Excellent. I highly recommend it and would be happy to stay there again.
Pros:

The hotel is excellently located and offers very spacious, clean rooms. It is not intended for guests looking for full-service facilities such as breakfast, a fitness centre or a spa; it provides accommodation only. There are several nearby restaurants and cafés where you can eat well at reasonable prices.

I must also mention Mr Yerkhan at reception, who is always helpful, reliable and ready to offer advice or assistance.

住了两天，没人打扫房间。床单太小了，都没办法把整个床垫包着。没有早餐提供，周边也没有早饭卖。WiFi 的信号在房间里基本没有。

Pros:

The two young staff members were both friendly and helpful. I am grateful to them for helping me print my documents, and they even kept the luggage that I had accidentally left behind. The hotel room was spacious, and the location was excellent.

Cons:

There was a problem with the shower drain and the water would not go down (went down very very slowly), so I could not take a proper shower during my four-day stay. This issue was never fixed during my time there. Since the hotel rooms are located up a steep flight of stairs, guests with heavy luggage should be prepared for this in advance.

The room is awesome, perfect for a romantic couple, or a short stay. The position of the hotel is in the very center of Astana, and surrounded with good restaurants.

Cons:

No breakfast, no room service, no kettle, old bed linen, the mattress is very comfortable but old.
