Camera e mica, televizorul și el cam cât un ghiozdan. Tacâmurile, dozatorul de apa, sunt la comun intr-un hol.
Toaleta mica și ea, camera dacă vreți aduce a cameră de cămin studențesc.

Puțin învechit, clima nu este, pentru cei ce vor rezerva pe perioada caniculară, elementar fier de călcat nu era!🫤

Ma asteptam sa fie un hotel... era defapt un apartament de 4 camere la parterul unui bloc, locatia era ingrijita si doamna careia i-am platit a fost cumsecade!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding several unacceptable incidents during my recent stay at this hotel.

Firstly, the hotel manager, the housekeeping supervisor, and another staff member approached me and asked me to cancel my reservation so they could receive the commission directly from Booking.com. I was offered no benefit for doing this and found the request highly unprofessional and unethical.

Secondly, when I tried to extend my stay by booking an additional room through Booking.com, they refused to allow it and insisted I book directly with them instead.

Moreover, they removed the air conditioning remote control from my room to prevent me from using the AC, which made my stay very uncomfortable. My room was also not cleaned properly during my entire stay.

Late at night, when I returned to the hotel, they refused to accept my credit card and forced me to pay in cash only — in euros — at a time when it was very difficult to get cash. They also applied an unfair exchange rate, which caused me to pay more than necessary.

I feel that this behavior is unacceptable and violates the trust I place in Booking.com when choosing where to stay.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure other guests do not face the same mistreatment.
