لا يوجد اي مرافق .. المسبح سيئ للغاية وفيه موظفين سيئين ورايحة الكلور قوية جداً ويبدو ان المسبح مخصص للاشتراكات من خارج الفندق دون اي تقدير واهتمام بالنزلاء .. من كان مع اطفال والمسبح شي أساسي في نزولهم بالفندق انصحه يدور غيره ..

The location is excellent and very convenient. During this trip, I stayed in three different hotels, and this one was by far the best.
The swimming pool stood out, it had an instructor available and the water was warm, which is not very common in Al Khobar.
The rooms were amazing, spacious, clean, and well-designed, with large bathrooms and plenty of space. Everything felt comfortable and well-maintained.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly prepared.
Special thanks to Haya at the reception, she was very helpful and made sure all my requests were ready before my arrival, which I really appreciated.
The only thing that bothered me during my stay was the scent diffusers used in the hallways, as well as the cleaning products with strong fragrances used by the housekeeping staff. I have a strong sensitivity to such smells, and they made me uncomfortable.
This was the only issue I experienced at the hotel.
The hotel appears to be new and has a very cool / chill feel to it. The staff I met were helpful and friendly. The suite was a good size, comfortable and very clean. Overall, this is a nice, comfortable and very well-kept hotel that I would choose to stay at again. I noted that the rooftop pool was very popular with guests and their kids - nice to see.
The smart TV functions didn't work until the IT tech fixed them. The cutlery didn't include any knives. The kitchen / living room was possibly a little sparse in terms of furnishings for my preference. The view out of the window looked to the back of the property and isn't the best - not the hotels fault, but next time I would try to choose a room on a higher floor.
