1. Trc khi tới đã hỏi ks có bãi đậu xe k? Nt nt báo là có. Tuy nhiên khi tới thì báo là đậu xe cách đó 200m và 100k/đêm ( ks hỗ trợ 50%)
2. Nhân viên lễ tân ko có văn hoá khi khách tới. Ứng xử ăn nói cộc lốc.

Phòng so vs giá tiền không tương đồng.

Cons:

Vs giá 800k-900k/đêm thì phòng ko được cho lắm. Ko có thêm dịch vụ gì khác ngoài những dịch vụ cơ bản tivi, máy lạnh, wifi.
