Hotel is in a great location, it is clean and staff is polite.
We had a little trouble at the beginning because they told me at the reception that the Old hatay hotel does not exists anymore and that new name of hotel is Sirkeci point hotel. We solved the problem in the end and the man at the reception was very kind, he found my reservation, but you should check it and delete Old hatay hotel from your offer.
Great hotel. Very good employees. Everything is clean. This is the third time we are staying there. Repairs have been made there now. My daughter had health problems and they helped us and took her to the hospital. We are very grateful.

Everything is perfect
Very comfortable and clean place, inside touristik streets. Very friendly personnel, ready to help with any questions. Nearby is public transport, but no windows on big street. Room is very light, good shower. Good breakfast. Very close to main sites and Bosfor.
A bit tricky to find place, inside small side-streets, but people around helped us. Located behind "point otel' sign.

The hotel has good location, near tramway station. Next to Gulhane park and many other attractions. During my stay, there was renovation, was a little “moments” but staff solved it very fast. Highly recommend old hatay
air conditioner was a little “lazy”. it needed 2-3 minutes to activate.
