Ho letto alcune recensioni negative e alcune delle osservazioni fatte da altri ospiti possono anche essere vere, ma bisogna essere onesti: a Istanbul i prezzi degli appartamenti sono aumentati molto e spesso anche più degli hotel. Per quello che si paga, secondo me questo appartamento offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Io l’ho scelto soprattutto perché è uno dei pochi appartamenti che ha il divano letto in una zona separata dalla camera da letto. Molti altri alloggi nella stessa fascia di prezzo sono semplicemente monolocali, quindi per me è stata una soluzione molto più comoda.

Credo che a volte alcune persone si aspettino standard di lusso pagando poco. In realtà, per chi cerca un posto semplice ma funzionale dove soggiornare in città, questo appartamento va più che bene.

La posizione è davvero eccellente: super centrale, a pochissimi passi da piazza Taksim, quindi perfetta per muoversi facilmente in tutta la città.

L’host è stato davvero molto gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Questo ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Personalmente tornerei volentieri qui.

Всё было очень достойно.

Проживали 4 ночи в апартаментах " Мимоза". Компанией из 4 человек. Хозяин был очень любезен, предложив нам дополнительный этаж для большего комфорта. Апартаменты чистые, за 4 дня один раз приходила уборщица. Очень удобное расположение, наверное, лучшее из всех раз, что мы были в Стамбуле С площади Таксим пешком 5-7 минут. Апартаменты располагаются рядом с пешеходной улицей Истикляль, но немного вглубь, поэтому нет шума. В пешей доступности все основные достопримечательности. Рядом магазины низких цен " BIM" и " SOK", где можно купить всё необходимое для еды и быта. Хозяин Айкут был постоянно на связи и моментально отвечал на вопросы. В, общем, рекомендуем к проживанию эти аппариаменты.

Hotellet ligger i en fint sted.
Pros:

Jeg havde et fantastisk ophold på Mimoza hotel Personalet var utroligt venligt og imødekommende fra det øjeblik, jeg ankom. Værelset var rent, rummeligt og meget komfortabelt – præcis som på billedet.

Beliggenheden kunne ikke være bedre – tæt på [centrum/offentlig transport], men stadig roligt om natten. Jeg sætter især pris på de små detaljer, hurtig Wi-Fi.

Alt i alt et hotel jeg varmt kan anbefale, både til forretningsrejser og ferie. Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen næste gang jeg besøger [byen]!

Квартира затишна, але потребує в незначних місцях оновлення та добавки посуду.
Pros:

Зручне розташування до метро та вулиці Istiklal, в квартирі було тепло, чисто та затишно.

Cons:

Вузький коридор та туалет, але можна пристосуватися, потрібно бути обережним коли готуєте їсти на газовій поверхні, бо вона на підставці і сковорідка на ній нестійка може посунутися.

Good position but very bad accommodation
Pros:

The apt is in a strategic position and the host is very kind and supportive. The house is warm and the washing machine is a plus for a long stay.

Cons:

The apt is really small. Not suitable for a couple of friends neither for more than 3 persons. The floor is really bad and in the bedroom holes in the floor are covered by a small carpet. The bathroom is a toilet. The shower head is full of limescale and won't stay up, making showering difficult. The sink is the size of a drinking fountain. The hair dryer is unusable because it doesn't work and seems dangerous. The towels appear dirty because some are grayish. The duvet on the sofa bed had a yellow stain.
The TV did not work and one of the two remote controls was without batteries when both are needed to switch on the TV. Too many furniture in the “living” for a such dimension. The apt is basically two micro rooms divided by a corridor in which a piece of furniture has been placed to act as a kitchen. The house is very hot but keeping the windows opened is impossible because just below the windows of the bedroom two air conditioning engines work very noisy. The bedroom is so small that to go to bed you have to walk in profile. We never opened the blind curtains because in the bedroom the overview is a dirty wall -that you can likely touch- of the neighbors house and in the living due to the absence of any other curtains, the guest of the Thai restaurant actually can share your daily life! The result is a very dark apt.
I have many pictures of the bad conditions of the apt but booking allows to upload only 4. I upload the main significant about the condition.
So, actually but for the host kindness and the position an apt that I hope I will never be experienced with.

Pros:

The host is very good and very cooperative. He was available all the time and try to help. Location is very good and host always recommend you some good spots.

Cons:

The house stuff needs to be updated it is quite old. Floor, bed etc. and for kitchen need more deep cleaning.

SCONSIGLIATISSIMO PESSIMA ESPERIENZA

Innanzitutto l’alloggio è un piano terra con camere seminterrate, dotate solo di piccole finestre che affacciano direttamente sulle ruote delle auto parcheggiate in strada.

Siamo arrivati in appartamento e siamo stati immediatamente investiti da un fortissimo odore di muffa che permeava ogni stanza. L’aria era davvero irrespirabile, tanto da costringerci a lasciare l’alloggio subito dopo l’arrivo: non era possibile rimanere lì nemmeno per pochi minuti.
Abbiamo chiesto al titolare un’altra sistemazione (offrendoci di pagare la differenza), ma purtroppo era tutto al completo. Il proprietario, inoltre, ha rifiutato di rimborsarci le notti successive non utilizzate. A nostro avviso è assurdo: ha sostenuto che l’odore provenisse da lavori del comune, ma qualunque sia la causa, non avrebbe dovuto affittare un appartamento in quelle condizioni. Mettere a rischio la salute dei clienti è inaccettabile. ovviamente abbiamo soggiornato in un altra struttura per tutto il periodo.

Il giorno successivo siamo tornati per fare delle foto, come richiesto da Booking, ma abbiamo trovato l’appartamento occupato e pieno di oggetti il quale il proprietario è entrato nell'appartamento senza avvisarci utilizzando la casa r fumando anche dentro.Una situazione surreale e molto poco professionale, che ci ha davvero lasciati senza parole.
In base alla nostra esperienza, non possiamo assolutamente consigliare questo appartamento.
