Everything is loud! People are constantly running up and down the stairs or the lift is moving which makes the flimsy walls rattle. The design is flawed as the rooms with large windows are overlooked by the social housing apartments across the alley. There is a large sudden drop when you open the balcony door leading to a tiny enclosed standing balcony looking into other peoples apartments. I was hoping to have the large windows open and take a bath in the room (whole reason for paying extra) however it is so overlooked that we left the blinds closed for the entire trip. You can hear people talking in to the room above as if they are in the bathroom taking a leak with you and making fun of you if you are a foreigners which made for a very uncomfortable stay. All in all, it pretty much ruined our one last night together in Asia before I left VN to have surgery. One I may never see the light of day again from. If you book this expecting a romantic stay with your girlfriend or lover then do not. It is only for Vietnamese patrons and foreigners are not made to feel welcome.
Noise. overlooked rooms making bathtub useless. STAFF AND FRIENDS IN ROOM ABOVE LAUGHING AND MAKING US FEEL EMBARRASSED WHILE CHASING US FROM ROOM TO ROOM. I am suffering from a terminal illness and therefore looked quite unwell on arrival. I speak Vietnamese and overheard the staff saying we were on drugs and to listen to use from the room above. It ruined my last night together with my Fiancé and I nay never see her again. How can you compensate for this or make it better? I do not think it is possible. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Got everything we needed, quiet, clean
Had to wait about 15 min for check in because the room wasn’t done. All contact with them in Vietnamese
Clean, easy check in, nice stuff :)
Nothing
Great Value for Money!
Clean room.
Big bathtub.
Smart TV.
Big Bed.
Not much, location might be out of the way for some people.
The property was easy to find and it was very clean. Check in was flexible. We stayed two nights and they cleaned the room after the first night as well. Shower was amazing, with plenty of hot water! We will rebook for sure! Highly recommended.
Everything was very good.
nothing
The room was very noisy and I could hear the sounds coming and going in the corridor all the time. Also, it was so unsafe that other people came into my room randomly, which scared me. The toilet was also very dirty, the previous guest's feces had not been flushed!
Well maintained rooms and clean.
Distance to city center.
We booked this place for 3 weeks and were very happy with it overall. They gave us a great big room with all the amenities. My husband is in IT and he was able to work from home in his room with the fast wifi. Water was always hot, no issues. Very clean with AC and fan. They also have us a hot water boiler for the whole 3 weeks!
Bed is firm which is standard in Vietnam but I was not used to it. Wish it was more soft but overall it was ok.
Everything is clean, hot water is ok. AC and TV is working.
quiet and easy
