Friendly and helpful owner.
Pros:

The property is near Ha Long Seafood Market, Vincom Plaza and bay walk where you can see the Ha Long Bay rocks. One can also rent a motorcyle from the hotel without any hassle. Very friendly people and always going the extra mile to help.

Dusts on the floor.

One of my favourite stays in Vietnam
Pros:

I have to say, the woman at reception was one of the nicest and helpful women I’ve ever met. Her and her family always went above and beyond to help me, they were always smiling at us and very welcoming.

The room was very large and very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and I loved my stay here, I would love to stay here again.
