When I arrived to check in, the hotel owner/staff informed me that there were no rooms available. I showed my Booking.com booking confirmation (Reservation/Confirmation but I was told that the Booking.com confirmation “has no value” and that I should have contacted the hotel directly to confirm in advance.
This is not reasonable. I made a valid reservation through Booking.com and arrived as scheduled. Being denied a room after traveling caused significant inconvenience, stress, and additional cost as I had to find alternative accommodation.
I booked room via booking.com, came where at night, but reception guy said that there is no place.

The place is quite good for its price. The fan & air- conditional work well.
I was bitten by mosquitos at night while sleeping.
The hosts are very sweet and kind. They provided a room with three beds for my family. It was a spacious room with a geyser and basic amenities.
They also provided bikes for rent at affordable prices.
Overall, a very good option under this budget. Totally worth for money.
The location of the homestay in Google Maps is two lanes different from the actual location. We had to call the owner and make them speak to the cab driver to reach the exact location.
The downtown is also 1-2 km away from the location.

Location is also pretty central.
Decent bed.
AC and ventilator in room included, makes sleeping easily possible during very hot weather.
Also possible to rent motorbikes on the spot for reasonable price.
Staff was very friendly, even let us check out 1.5h later since we rented the bike for 24h until then.
The bathroom wasn't the cleanest.
There were also small insects sometimes in the room.
Generally speaking I would not want to stay here for more than 2-3 days, but especially short stays where you are only sleeping there are completely fine, but maybe this shouldn't be your first experience of a Vietnamese hotel.
ceiling looks bad. got the odour smell when I first got in. wasn't like the picture on the app and when I talked to one of the staff, she said after me there are more people wanted my room and because I only stay 1 night, I should be happy
