Wasn't able to stay when we had booked
We had booked as usual on booking.com several days before arriving and this was confirmed. Once we arrived the staff on reception informed us the hotel was full and we couldn't stay. We weren't given any other options or offered help finding somewhere else. Luckily we managed to find something that night, otherwise we would have been stranded on our first night in Vietnam. Never had an experience like it from booking.com, avoid this place
