Noisy area,noisy surroundings
Pros:

Room set up beautiful, a boutique hotel indeed.

Cons:

The location, it is opposite a student residence, the was a party from 8pm till after 00:00 on a Thursday.

I'm definitely not coming back.

I paid good money to be this frustrated.

Fittings and location

Cons:

Movement was tight in the rooms.
Rooms were not sound proof- can hear staff sweeping, talking, guests rolling bags
Food was expensive
Parking was a squeeze.

Everything is good the unfortunate part is that the location that you are in is not good I experienced a lot of not outstanding the premises and hooting of cars not sure what was happening, but your hotel👌

A place that makes you wanna oversleep lol
Pros:

The beds are sooo comfortable. This is my go-to place for a quick reset.

Cons:

The option to have a late breakfast or at least a takeaway breakfast would be great.They tried to be accommodating with some fruit and water though :)

Fair, but need to find a solution for the parking.
Pros:

Clean property and friendly staff. Excellent bed that allowed for a good night’s rest.

Cons:

Parking is less than adequate. No space for SUV’s when at capacity. Also quite noisy.
