Comfortable stay in a great area
Pros:

The location was great, very convenient. The bedroom and bed itself were clean and comfortable. AC worked well too. The owner kindly gave us towels and a water bottle upon arrival.

Cons:

It would’ve been a nice touch to have body wash/ soap provided in the shared bathroom.

老闆娘親切友善，很樂意解決問題，也可以幫忙訂一日遊的行程
Pros:

地點在市中心巷子裡，離鬧區都還算近。老闆娘會睡在櫃檯後面，廣義來講，算是24小時櫃檯有人。老闆娘會說英語，很親切友善，很樂意為旅客服務或解決問題，也可以幫忙訂一日遊的行程，或是幫旅客簡介各景點的特色，然後由旅客自由搭配選擇適合自己的行程。浴室廁所的設備雖然較為簡單，或者說是較老舊，但我個人覺得都還ok能接受。

Cons:

在機場，叫不到grab，也沒有官方安排的計程車，所以旅客要自己跟攬客的計程車談價碼，是可以用grab的估價跟司機談，但稍微貴一些但還能接受，然後會載你出機場後，再換另一個司機接手載去旅館。假期結束，回程可以從市區叫grab載到機場。

Great place
Pros:

The room was great, clean, comfortable, quiet, and the owner was very nice and helpful, even lent us a scale to weigh our luggage before the airport, and let us extend the room until the afternoon for a small sum 🌻

If I come back to Hanoi I will stay there again.
Pros:

Great location, the most comfortable bed of my holiday. Cute little balcony. Nu was, as the name says, and very helpful.

Cons:

The stairs, but you have to get to the room somehow.
