Pros:

Agréable guesthouse avec piscine située au centre de l'île.
Les hôtes sont très serviables et peuvent arranger transports, excursions et locations de scooters.
Le restaurant est très bon.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Cons:

Un haut parleur situé dans le village diffuse de la musique et des annonces tôt le matin.

Les scooters sont un peu vieux.

Pros:

Très bien situé pour être à l'écart de Cat Ba city, qui est vraiment moche: à 8 km, donc circuler en scooter (pas de gran, ni de bus). À 4 km du parc national.
Piscine agréable pour finir la journée.
Les plats sont bons.
Bon accueil de la famille hôte et plein de propositions pour les activités à faire sur l'île.

Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y la familia es encantadora, ayudándonos en todo y gestionando los traslados de llegada y de salida. Calidad-precio muy bien y recomendado.

Cons:

Lo único malo es que esta lejos del pueblo y de la playa y se tiene que ir el moto alquilada (150k al dia) o en taxi (150k por viaje)

I highly appreciated the idea of the restaurant being open until 9pm, not being pressured to rush early to eat breakfast.
The hotel room was very good for its price and the hotel itself looked very nice.
The hotel also offers motorcycles, motorbikes and they offer to call you a taxi for a good price. You can book nice tours, including boat tours and also bus rides for the next destination.

Cons:

Sadly our bathroom had cockroaches, but the hotel owner made sure to get rid of them.
One night a cockroach crawled on my boyfriend's hand.

Pros:

Ospitalità e cordialità dei proprietari, che parlano perfettamente inglese e sono molto disponibili.
Struttura nel verde, con bellissima piscina e servizio ristorante eccellente.

Cons:

Se devo trovare una pecca, trovandosi in una posizione un po' decentrata si potrebbe avere qualche agevolazione in più per i trasporti.

The staff is nice, warm feeling. They have a restaurant on-site, the food is very delicious. The place suffers from a mold problem, in some rooms more, in some less. In my opinion, cleaning could be invested in more. In the room there was no refrigerator, in my opinion this is an important item. The place is very far from everything, for better and for worse. But you have to take into account that getting anywhere is a mission.

Pros:

De familie is heel vriendelijk en staan altijd klaar voor vragen. De locatie is fijn als je van een meer afgelegen plek buiten de stad houdt. Het ontbijt en eten in het restaurant was lekker. Veel opties. Het is vlakbij het Cat Ba National Park. Je kan fietsen huren om er te geraken.

Cons:

De muren zijn nogal dun waardoor je de andere gasten heel goed kan horen. De kamer heeft geen afzuigsysteem of ventilatie, waardoor alles heel vochtig wordt en ruikt. De locatie is heel mooi, maar je moet wel altijd 10-15 min. met auto of scooter naar Cat Ba centrum. We betaalden telkens ongeveer €5 voor vervoer. De airco blies was heel luid en te koud. De ventilator was gelukkig wel beter.

Famille très accueillante. La chambre au 2e était propre et pas trop humide. Petit balcon agréable. La piscine était un véritable atout pour les enfants!

Une adresse charmante, non loin de l’entrée du parc nationale. Le propriétaire du lieu est serviable et plein de bons conseils, il nous a aidé à organiser notre croisière dans baie d’An La , extraordinaire ! La nourriture est vraiment excellente ! Adresse à recommander !
