Reasonable price. Not so bad
The location is great, easy the walk to the beach and full facilities around.
The hotel is old, the carpet is dusty, the AC is quote weak.
Large spacious and clean room, which is located 2min walk to large shopping centre and walking distance to beach, and restaurants. Great customer service and very good value. Would stay here again 🇦🇺
Central location. Literally right next to Lotte Mart (a supermarket where you buy foods and other daily stuffs). Walking distance to both the beach and Vung Tau bus station. Quiet area. Nice little garden where I can sit, enjoy my coffee, and think in the morning.
People who gave bad reviews to this hotel certainly missing the goodness of the whole forest for a few bad trees!
This hotel is perfect for all type of travelers except a typical backpacker who love to stay in a Bu Vien-type place of area where there is tons of activities, happenings, shops, and noises.
I rarely write a review. But I think this hotel is underrated. And underlooked because of some previous bad reviews. I want to support this hotel. I want to support the people who makes their living from this lovely hotel. I hope it will still be there when I come back again next time.

Water supply too slow
ants bite us a lot in our room. Lots of ants were around the bed. We asked to move to other room and the staff took action immediately, I appriciate for that. However, the new room still had ants around the walls. And the new room had unconfortable smell.
