Pros:

Öncelikle, otel çalıșanları çok güler yüzlü ve professionell. Otele girer girmez, en kısa zamanda check-in yapıliyor ve beklemeden (saat 11den sonra) odanıza çıkabiliyorsunuz.

Konakladığım oda tek kișilik ve biraz küçüktü, ama benim için yeterliydi.
Yatak daha rahat olabilirdi. Oda temizliği iyiydi ve oda genel olarak sessizdi.

Kahvaltı büfe şeklinde veriliyor ve çok çeşitli olduğundan yeterli. Mutfakta çalışanlar ayrı güler yüzlü ve saygılılar ve işini severek yapan insanlar - bu size yansıyor.

Ulaşım açısindan;
Otele tramway veya metroyla rahatlıkla ulaşabiliyorsunuz, konumu gerçekten çok güzel.
Gezecek yerlere yürüyerek, tramway, metro veya otobüsle aynı şekilde ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Aksaray'dan (otelin konakladığı yer) Havalimanına otobüs kalkıyor.

Ben memnun kaldım, nasip olursa, orada bir daha konaklamayı düşünüyorum.

Pros:

The rest room has bad smell ,they don’t provide extra key for a second person , poor WiFi system, the connection is bad , no one speak English, no water or drink in the room except to make coffee or tea , location is good , I wouldn’t recommend to others, house keepers request tips instead of doing their job accordingly

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here, and the staff was very kind and friendly. They have minimal English but still try to help a lot. My only slight criticism is that the maid service in the room wasn’t the best. My bed didn’t get made once.
