I stayed in a hotel owned and operated by the Hopi tribe, and it was wonderful.
Pros:

This was a gateway to Hopi Land. We did not plan enough time to actually go to Hopi land, but it was a wonderful experience anyway. They have a gift shop with educational materials about Hopi. The people at the front desk were helpful and kind. The pool was very refreshing on a hot August day. Denny’s next door was bright, friendly and lots of options on the menu. I am very thankful I took my family here. I hope to return one day.

Pros:

Uno dei pochi hotel a metà strada tra Monument Valley e Grand Canyon!
Camera gigante, letto comodo, colazione inclusa, accesso gratuito alla piscina.
Tutto molto pulito. Supermercati e fast food nelle vicinanze.

Cons:

Arredamento un po' datato e condizionatore a fianco al letto un po' rumoroso, ma tutto funzionale.
Migliorerei un po' la varietà della colazione (es. aggiungere waffle o pancakes)...

Una tappa comoda per spezzare il viaggio
Pros:

È una tappa strategica per passare dal parco del Grand Canyon verso la Monument Valley. Ci si trova in mezzo al nulla in questa cittadina molto sperduta. Ci sono catene per mangiare la sera proprio a fianco all'hotel, aspetto comodo.
La camera era molto grande e lo staff è stato molto gentile.
Per il prezzo e la volontà di spezzare il viaggio, ci sta come tappa.

Cons:

La camera non era pulitissima, tanta polvere su condizionatore e moquette ovunque (come pressoché ogni hotel in America).
Anche la piscina, non era propriamente invitante.

Upper floors need doors to be greased
Pros:

I like how clean and maintained the pool and jacuzzi were. Water was warm and very inviting

The room to our door was very creaky and loud. The room smelled of paint or some type of fume.

Need pathways from the bottom balcony to the sidewalk
Pros:

I liked the access of the lower floor balcony.

Cons:

I wish there were some steps/platforms from the balcony to the sidewalk. I felt so bad stepping on the landscape to get to the sidewalk to the pool.
