Cons:

La pire expérience que nous ayons vécue.
Suite à une panne de leur réfrigérateur, nous avons perdu l’intégralité de notre nourriture ainsi qu’un traitement médical important qui devait être conservé au frais.
Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. On nous a demandé de revenir le lendemain pour voir avec le responsable. Le lendemain, aucun responsable n’était présent et l’on nous a simplement expliqué qu’il n’y avait rien à faire. J’ai ensuite obtenu l’adresse e-mail du responsable, qui n’a jamais pris la peine de répondre.
Un soir, nous avons constaté que le réfrigérateur avait finalement été remplacé. Cependant, notre traitement médical avait été laissé dans l’ancien réfrigérateur, hors service et éteint depuis longtemps. Il était donc définitivement inutilisable.
Lorsque nous avons expliqué que cette négligence mettait la santé d’une personne en danger, notre remarque a été accueillie avec désinvolture, voire moquée.
Malgré nos démarches auprès de Booking, l’établissement a refusé tout geste commercial ou toute prise de responsabilité.
Cette attitude est inadmissible. Perdre des aliments est déjà problématique, mais mettre en péril la santé d’un client et faire preuve d’un tel manque d’empathie est inacceptable.

Close to Grand Canyon, but drain didn’t drain.
Pros:

The location being pretty close to the Grand Canyon was great. It was mostly clean, quiet and had a decent breakfast.

Cons:

The drain in our shower was backed up and that was a bit gross. For the price, I would have liked a fully working shower drain.

Worst stay of our 2 week road trip by far

Nice appearance

Cons:

Took over 45 minutes in line for 1 person to check me in. People were just giving up. She said booking.com overbooked it. When we got in no hot water in the shower. Transients in the parking lot, stray pit bulls around the pool enclosure. Very sad. Looks nice but isn’t. No offer to refund for the Bo hot water. And the coffee maker in the room didn’t work either!

Unique hotel with beautiful Indigenous-inspired interior design. Clean, comfortable room and a pleasant overall atmosphere. Breakfast was decent and the stay felt quiet and relaxed.
