Charming stay with charming staff
Pros:

The manager Jay was sooooo helpful and kind! We cannot thank him enough. He had great advice on day trips but also good places to eat out with the kids

Old Town Hanoi for beginners.
Pros:

The balcony room that I stayed in was attractive and the bed was comfortable. Good hot shower and toiletries. Daily water was provided. The balcony was the bonus, I could watch the street below in the Old Town, fascinated. The location is ideal. Jay on reception was very chill and full of information when asked.

Cons:

I was happy with my stay.

Great place for exploring Hanoi
Pros:

- Very friendly and helpful staff - big thank you to Jay!
- great location if you like being right in the bustle and centre of everything.
- nice room, comfortable and calm - you don’t notice the crowds outside!

Cons:

- you notice that the furniture has seen a bit of wear and tear, and some corners could be cleaned better, but overall the room was in good shape!

Pros:

Beautiful full balcony, comfy bed and great sheets/pillows. Nicely decorated.

Cons:

It can be a little noisy on the street below, but that’s part of the charm, and quiets down after 10 pm.

Pros:

Great hotel with clean rooms and very friendly staff. The location is absolutely perfect in the middle of the Old Quarter.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy but this was to be expected due the location near pubs and restaurants.
