Sauberes, gemütliches Dachzimmer in toller Lage
Pros:

Schön eingerichtete Unterkunft, nettes Personal, gute Ausstattung, sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett - und das alles fußläufig zum Zentrum in einem ruhigen, netten, grünen Viertel. Wir haben die Nacht vor unserem Rückflug gleich noch mal hier gebucht.

Ausgezeichne Unterkunft - Empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft wo ich wärmstens empfehlen kann. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend in einem schönen Haus. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und gut ausgestatet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ebenfalls super. Wenn ich wieder in Sofia bin würde ich diese Unterkunft direkt wieder buchen!

Cons:

Als ich da war wurde kein Frühstück angeboten, dies ist jedoch nur momentan so.

Comfortable stay in a good location, though services were limited during our stay (what a pity).
Pros:

The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, with good attention to detail. The bed was comfortable, and the overall space felt well maintained and welcoming. The location is convenient, situated in a quiet area yet only about a 15-minute walk from Vitosha Street, making it easy to reach restaurants, shops, and the city center. Overall, the accommodation offers a pleasant and relaxing environment.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were unable to benefit from some advertised services, including breakfast, due to the owner’s temporary physical condition (broken leg). While understandable, clearer advance communication would have helped manage expectations.
Additionally, luggage storage on the day of check-out was not possible, as only the cleaning staff were present for limited time. Overall, the experience felt more like a self-service accommodation than a hotel or B&B.
A pity, as the stay would otherwise have been great without these inconveniences.

Cute, clean, comfortable and convenient stay in Sofia!
Pros:

I had a lovely ground floor room with a view of the very cute courtyard. The apartment was clean, comfortable and close to amenities. the owner and other staff were really friendly and helpful.
