非常滿意的住宿經驗，超級喜歡。
Pros:

各項設備齊全，房間內有冰箱，微波爐，電磁爐，洗衣機，陽台，浴缸，吹風機等，使用非常方便，由成田機場入境坐電車到京成電鐵上野站，最後在春日站轉三田線，坐到板橋本町站下車，由A4出口上來右轉走一段路見到加油站右轉，這就是富士見町道路，再見到千葉金屬招牌，立即左轉，走20公尺右轉，即可見到板橋本町。

Magnifique endroit, très calme, mais très éloignée de centre-ville
Pros:

J’aimais beaucoup de choses déjà la propreté, l’audio était très calme, dans un quartier résidentiel, tout à fait japonais, très calme, l’appartement était petit, mais il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait. J’ai passé très agréable un moment pour mon prochain voyage, je compte bien y retourner. Je aimer aussi le petit balcon et l’attention des propriétaires toujours prêt à répondre à mes questions par message.

Cons:

Le fait qu’il soit trop éloigné de centre-ville, au moins 40 minutes de métro pour arriver au centre de Tokyo. J’ai aussi un petit souci au niveau de l’odeur, il y avait une forte odeur de moisi à certains moments. Heureusement il y a une très bon ventilation et une fenêtre qui danse sur un petit balcon. autre chose qui pourrait être amélioré, je trouve, c’est le fait de faire passer une seule fois le personnel pour le changement des draps et serviettes, il faudrait le faire beaucoup plus souvent.

Pros:

Le dimensioni e la disposizione della stanza erano oneste e l’illuminazione naturale era ottima.
Abbiamo gradito la presenza di shampoo, bagnoschiuma, balsamo, detersivi e detergente mani, fazzoletti ecc.

Cons:

Le pulizie erano state eseguite in modo molto superficiale (abbiamo trovato anche piatti sporchi) e gli asciugamani puzzavano terribilmente anche dopo averli lavati (abbiamo poi trovato asciugamani e lenzuola di un’altra stanza per terra in strada, lasciati dal personale delle pulizie). Per lo più, gli asciugamani erano troppo pochi e sarebbe molto comodo se ci fosse un piccolo aspirabriciole nella stanza, anche data la scarsa pulizia generale

部屋が綺麗で清潔感があった。
洗濯機がある。
バス・トイレ別。
302号室はベランダからの眺めが空が広くて良かった。
電子レンジと湯沸かしポットがありがたかった。
シャンプー、ボディーソープ、液体ソープがあって助かった。
TVが無いが僕は見ないので無問題。

部屋はとても良いのできちんと清掃すればもっと評価があがると思う

長期宿泊に必要なものが揃っていて便利だった
問い合わせへの対応が早く丁寧だった
駅まで徒歩圏内でこのお値段は安いと思う。

とても良い部屋なのに、清潔ではなかった
長期滞在なので口コミを見て念のため掃除道具を持って行って正解だった。
床がベタベタしていたのでフローリングを掃除用シートで拭くとホコリがかたまりになって取れるくらいだった。
掃除機だけでなく拭き掃除もすれば綺麗になると思う。
洗濯機の周りやトイレも黒いホコリが溜まっているのが見えるから、快適とは言えなくなってしまう。
部屋自体は良いと思うので、清掃をきちんとすればもっと高評価になると思う。
