部屋はとても良いのできちんと清掃すればもっと評価があがると思う

長期宿泊に必要なものが揃っていて便利だった
問い合わせへの対応が早く丁寧だった
駅まで徒歩圏内でこのお値段は安いと思う。

とても良い部屋なのに、清潔ではなかった
長期滞在なので口コミを見て念のため掃除道具を持って行って正解だった。
床がベタベタしていたのでフローリングを掃除用シートで拭くとホコリがかたまりになって取れるくらいだった。
掃除機だけでなく拭き掃除もすれば綺麗になると思う。
洗濯機の周りやトイレも黒いホコリが溜まっているのが見えるから、快適とは言えなくなってしまう。
部屋自体は良いと思うので、清掃をきちんとすればもっと高評価になると思う。

if you want to stay in a more local area, but near close to public transit this is a good place.
Pros:

overall great unit. the staff was very responsive to any requests that we had. the beds were comfortable. The place was very well maintained. the washer and balcony for drying was very helpful. I would highly recommend this unit. It was very convenient to several metro stops and community areas. like a 10/15 min walk which is enjoyable the area is very walkable.

Cons:

overall I don't have any complaints. my friend and I did stay for two weeks. it would have been nice if they offered to tidy the room half way through our stay, but this is very minor doesn't not negatively impact my review. when I asked for more supplies for restock they were very responsive.

エアコンが埃っぽくかび臭いのを何とかしてくれると評価は高くなります。
Pros:

職場に近く、この宿泊施設スタッフの対応が良かったと思う。

Cons:

エアコンがカビ臭くエアコンをつけているとずっと咳き込んでいたのでエアコンの清掃をしてほしい。壁時計が動いていない。テレビのアンテナ線の接続が壊れている。トイレの中がタバコ臭い。(禁煙ルームだけど)、もう少し清掃きれいにしてほしい。できれば枕カバーやベッドカバーなど週に1回程度交換できるとありがたい。この中で1番お願いしたい事はエアコンの清掃です。その他は自分でどうにかできましたが、さすがにエアコンの清掃は清掃業者に依頼して清掃してくれると助かります。

Chỗ nghỉ sạch sẽ,đầy đủ tiện nghi ,rất phù hợp cho khách du lịch ngắn hạn.

Cons:

Lúc tôi đến có một số túi đồ lớn để ở cửa chính nên khi mang hành lí đi qua hơi khó 1 chút nhưng đó không phải là vấn đề lớn
