Pros:

El personal,la recepcionista súper atenta y nos ayudó con todo lo que le solicitamos

Cons:

Estaba sucio, olía mal y el anuncio era engañoso, la habitación no tenía piscina como indica el anuncio; no pude ni entrar a la habitación del mal olor y solicité reembolso de mi dinero

Pros:

Colazione ricca e molto buona, lo staff è gentile. La struttura è lontano dal paese e immersa nella foresta, bella la piccola piscina soprattutto al tramonto.

Ordentliche Unterkunft mit freundlichem Personal. Auto sinnvoll.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Bungalow hinten Richtung Wald, man hat hier die schönen Tier und Waldgeräusche gehört. Auf der Anlage des Hotels fliegen Tukane und andere Vögel. Dieser Blick auf den Wald ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen sehr lecker.
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit beim Organisieren von Ausflügen.
Bei einem wirklich stark und stundenlang andauernden Regen lief etwas Wasser in den Bungalow, wir konnten für eine Nacht umziehen.

Cons:

Das Restaurant liegt direkt an der Straße. Unser Bungalow roch etwas moderig, der zweite aber nicht. Insgesamt ist es im Regenwald natürlich feucht und einige Bungalows sind von Bäumen umgeben, was das trocken halten natürlich erschwert.

Stay was memorable. I'll plan my next vacation here.
Pros:

Breakfast and overall food service was at a high level. Waiting was aceptable and the stood behind in everything they published. Staff was helpful too.

Cons:

Internet access was not as stable as I am used to, but I realize is normal in this area.
