This is an okay hotel. Given the price, it is quite reasonable.
The bathroom hot water is rather weak.
The location is strategic, and so it's very helpful for us to access the tourist destinations.

The water in the shower is boiling so you have to mix in a bucket to make it at ok temperature.
There is a wall just in front of the window, so you nearly get any light from outside.
The whole building is quite cold.

Great location just walk away from restaurants, shops and masjid. The beds are clean and comfortable.
Hot water was too hot and can't control temperature. The only way to make the water temperature comfortable was to mix with cold water in the bucket
Very well accomodation, the owner is friendly, and it is calm and quiet. The accommodation is well located near the center. There is free cold and hot water. Coffee and tea is free. We have spend a good night (the first in Indonesia).
Unfortunately the windows opened on a wall, there is no view and less natural light
Location is definitely a big win. The staff was super friendly, despite he was the only one in charge 24/7. The room was alright, decent with the price. The hot water works, though it takes some time. They got a water refill, so just bring your own bottle.
The bathroom smells bad, I think it's probably because of the drainage and the toilet, and we couldn't even close the bathroom's door.
The staff helpful. Room have hot water as weather always cold. Have parking lot for 3-4 car. Strategic place beside public road and big mosque. Provide tea or coffee and water dispenser. Have big sofa and clean place.

The price was right for an accommodation like this. We got a room with bathroom inside. The size of the bedroom was surprisingly large though the bathroom was just okay.
Definitely could use better cleanliness in the room.
