Aircondition units. Not cooling properly.
Clean and well maintained, nice garden. Restaurant offers excellent food although choices are a bit limited. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Pool is quite small for swimming. No fresh (local) fruit juices or desserts (apart from halo halo).

Shower area with open space and fresh plant but roof was leaking.
Shower area-roof was leaking all over. It's raining hard the time we where there, the same inside the shower area. It's like taking a shower in the rain.
Refrigerator had a bad odor, found spoiled food.
No toiletries except toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo.

It is too pricey for the facilities available. It has no toothbrushes, the pillows are not comfortable.

Location
The beach areas and the surrounding are full of debris, rooms needed a lot of upgrades and proper maintenance. Bathroom cabinets are falling off, filthy, have insect infestation, rooms have smelly food odors.
Only one key is given to guests so its so inconvenient.

The beach has many trash. Room door not functioning well. TV not working well. Should improve on the food. Should have chair on the beach where guest can sit in and relax
This is a very nice hotel with beautiful grounds, a friendly staff and good reasonably priced food. The room was very nice and comfortable with good internet. Bathroom was very cute with an atrium and live plants. Two negatives to the bathroom were no air conditioning ducts to keep it cool and no shower enclosure. This made it difficult to shower without getting the floor very wet. A shower enclosure and an A/C duct would solve this problem. Other than that the room was very very nice.
