Pros:

この価格、この場所で、休みでも程々に空きもあるので諏訪に遊びに来た際はかなり利用しています。フロントの方も親切で電話応対も⚪︎。お店が集まっているストリート近くなので利便性も⚪︎。

Cons:

とにかくホテル周りの道が狭い、駐車スペースもギリギリ設計なので大型車は注意。SUV、ワゴンはOKでしたがそれ以上は厳しいかと思います。
部屋で気になるのはパチスロ機があることですかね、仕方ないのですが、これがなければ本当にホテルの上級部屋なみ。夜も景色を見たいならホテルか旅館、それ以外はここ。

駐車場が屋根付き。風呂もデカい！
無駄に広い。ウェルカムドリンクも２本。ポップコーンおまけ付き。ドリンクサーバーも２杯付き。
食べ物も注文できて種類も豊富です。(注文しませんでしたが)
どうやらVIPルームには露天風呂とサウナがあるらしいです。

Cons:

コンビニや居酒屋が遠い。
泊まった部屋の洗面台が詰まっていたのか、流れが悪かった。直して欲しい。301号室です。
