We were overcharged at check-in, we were given a room on the top floor and told that the lift wasn't working. The room had no soap of any kind.

Extra charges for storing bicycle, 8 euro, 2 Euro for Wifi 12 euro for breakfast

Never answered special request because they didn’t receive it (possibility of leaving bag earlier than check in time)

The smell of cigarette in the room was horrible. I tried to shower but gave up after 3 minutes because there was no hot water. There was only one towel which did not look clean at all. There was a hole in the bed sheets. It was so noisy (music) that I could not sleep and ended up calling the police around 2:00 a.m. Overall terrible experience, would not recommend.

When we arrived slightly delayed at front door was locked and there was no one to help. We had to find another hotel but they still charged me the full rate

The room was super cold, and the the heating was not working. The facilities and amenities really basic. Very low value for money.
The check-out day, the staff at the reception refused to keep our luggage because "the hotel was closed for the day!"

I had questions about check in but they just don’t answer. Arriving there and the reception is empty, door is closed and there is a phone number but the phone off. After a while someone is coming and you pay 12 euro extra, which you already payed on booking, but they don’t care. The room is not that clean, no shelves or wardrobe, I don’t mind, ok, can’t pack out my stuff, ok, there is no shower gel and just a half toilet paper for three days, ok. Reception is always empty, ok. But that’s not ok, it’s december and NO HEATING, cold like a fridge, so cold. They know, so there are extra blankets. Heating is on in the evening for 1-2 hours only, then I couldn’t sleep cause was so cold. I tried to make hot shower but all the room cold so everything is wet, all my clothes and in three days I couldn’t make my towel to get dry. I tried to find someone but reception is empty. When I found a man he was kind but lying to me, all night is going the heating, I told him it’s not true cause I wake up and can’t sleep in the cold. Disaster. Nancy is beautiful so after good hours outside in the city you get back a cold and wet hotel.
They have lot of 1,1, 4……. Then somehow many 10, 10, 10…… same person give 10,10 and anonim……. I didn’t check enough, I just saw the new 10,10,10…… never happened this with me, never in December hotel without heating…….. I don’t know what’s the reason, save money, I didn’t want write anything bad cause I don’t know reason……. I tried to focus on positive……. but I also spent my money there and I wanted enjoy those days, and sleep also ……. this all its not ok, to do like this, its not ok
