Pros:

The room was a good size and reception is open late, which was helpful as we didn't land until 7.30pm.

Cons:

The shower was cold. There were dogs barking in the early hours of the morning, the TV remote didnt work properly and I didn't find the pillows very comfortable.
We were only there for one night though, so was fine.

Nice discovery to visit again
Pros:

Good location close to small restaurants to cover basic needs, easy to get any type of transportation, nice staff and accommodating. The room is warm enough, even if outside is freezing:)

Cons:

It could use better cleaning on the floors, specially the corners where the floor meets the wall. Should have, or have available upon request, rubber mats for the shower's floor.

Staff where very serious, and i thought they had an issue with opening the garage for us
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

They gave us an used toilet paper. When you pay for something you wait they’re going to give you unused basic things, at least toilet paper.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. The facilities were great (hot water etc). The reception was always attended which made it really easy to ask questions when needed. I highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of staying at Terraza Suites. It’s also a really easy walk to Quicentro Shopping & Parque La Carolina.
