Best flat in the city.
Pros:

Once again, a wonderful stay. If you want a place you can truly feel at home - then this is probably the best apartment to book while in Batumi, especially at a great price!
Great view, all the amenities you need, 24/ 7 security, great location, etc.
I recommend here to everyone.

Home away from home.
Pros:

This apartment is a home away from home. I had very easy communication with the owner; when I asked for assistance with something, he got back to me right away. The flat is more beautiful than in the photos. It is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, pots, broom and mop for cleaning, a laundry rack, and there is huge wardrobe for storage. You could easily stay here for a month with no issues.
The location is perfect in Batumi, whenever you need to go to the beach, just cross the road and you're there. It is also next door to one of the best shopping malls in the city and several grocery stores, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants are nearby.
Everything was very comfortable for me, and I would stay here again. In comparison to other flats in other apartments, the price was very good.
The building is well secured 24 hours a day. There is a nice view from the balcony.
Im appreciative of the service and I wish the owner the best and hope everyone involved continues to provide this same experience with other guests.

just arrive and be happy, there is everything, you don't need to take with you nothing, just clothes

I was in Batumi because i had a concert, i am musician and for me good aura and living was so important in this trip, i was with family, we like everything, when i will rest in Batumi i always will choose this apartment, if it will be free on my summer hollydays
1. very nice apartment, very good aura, clean and modern, amazing sea view, has a very sweet balcony with sea view, i upload the photo from balcony sea view, in apartment is everything what you need for live, don't take with you any other luggage, you need only clothes, there is everything for kitchen, for cleaning, washing, bath, self care, baby care. I was feeling like i'm at my new home where i have everything what i need, wasn't worryed about nothing, we rest very good
2. i was scared about noise, because Batumi is a Capital of Adjaria, but in this apartment you will rest good, no noise, you can sleep as a child when you want <3
4. there was very clean towels bed linen, etc.., i thought new, good bed sets, very clean and soft bed linen,so i didn't use my towels, next time i will take only clothes <3
3. very good location, there is everything, ATM's, any kind of shops are near, even zoo city
5. want to say many thanks to owner of this apartment, he is very kind and pleasure, always worryes about you and do everything for your comfortable arriving, living and leaving, very good person, we didn't meet with him because we take the key from reception but, he is always online if you will have any questions, he organized for us transfer and the person who was helping with luggage, then was calling how we arrive, is everything ok or not, do we like everything and etc... , so Thanks for this professionalism and personality Avto
