Excelente ubicación, mucho ruido
Pros:

Buena ubicación, la infraestructura es buena y la relación calidad-precio excelente

Cons:

Mucho ruido, se escucha absolutamente todo lo que hacen los demás huéspedes.
Al ser todo self-service no hay donde pedir cosas (necesitaba una toalla y no había nadie que me la diera). Son eficientes contestando WhatsApp pero al no haber nadie ahí presencialmente no te resuelven las cosas en el momento.

Un weekend à Lisbonne
Pros:

La localisation, le logement est facile d’accès et accessible en tramway depuis le centre. Le quartier est super calme pour dormir et le matin il y a plusieurs cafétérias à côté pour manger le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Comme nous vivons sous le même toit que le propriétaire, on a peur de le déranger, notamment en rentrant à des heures tardives, en utilisant la seule salle de bain de l’appartement.

In short a very reasonable single room in a low budget
Pros:

Toilet and room is airy and clean . Also has a balcony. Host is very good person

Location is not so good for public transport users especially .

Pros:

the room itself is kinda small, but the kitchen and bathroom are spacious, very comfortable to cook and wash our laundry. the street is also steep (around 30-35 degree, I think), preferred using uber than by foot.

Cons:

the other guest just dont understand the manner of staying in a shared space.

Egyedüli utazóként, egy hetes szállásra megfelelő. Jól megközelíthető tömegközlekedéssel, nagyon kényelmes ággyal (lényegében csak aludni jártam oda).Remek ár-érték arány.

Voordeel vlak bij centrum voordeel; bereikbaarheid best wel uitdagend, door steile straatjes.
Pros:

Vanuit deze locatie veel dingen bereiken in Lissabon

Cons:

Heb het niet zo op de onpersoonlijke sleutelkastjes methode. Bovendien info laat aangeleverd.

Cómodo, limpio y equipado a buen precio
Pros:

El alojamiento es cómodo, la habitación es sencilla y la cocina esta completamente equipada. Estaba todo muy limpio, incluso el baño compartido.
Si viajas en coche, puedes dejarlo al otro lado de las vías de tren, donde hay estacionamiento diario por 3€. Tan solo tienes que caminar 7 mins para llegar al apartamento desde allí. Esto nos salvó la vida.
La calidad/precio está genial y está en una zona con muchos pequeños supermercados y restaurantes.

Cons:

Está un poco alejado del centro, aunque hay un autobús directo que te lleva a la Plaza del Comercio en 10 minutos.

I wouldn't recommend staying here, it's not worth the money
Pros:

It is near the city and many bus stops and tram stations are nearby, so it was easier to get into the city. Additionally the host let us keep the luggage 2 hours before our check in time.

Cons:

1. The host was rude. Although he agreed that we can keep our luggage 2 hours before check in time, he made fun of us because we were there on time.
2. The room was not clean and there was a bad smell coming from the next room (where the host was working or doing something when we reached). The night stand was dusty and there were hairs and dust on our bed.
3. The lock on the main door does not work properly. When we came back on our first night in Lisbon, we got so scared that we couldn't get inside at 11.30 PM. But you have to learn how to open the lock in a hard way as there is a trick to open the door. But the host didn't tell us.
4. The area was so loud we couldn't sleep properly at night, and the table fan stand was broken. So it doesn't stand on the night stand, but lies down.

Overall, I don't recommend staying here, as it is not worth the money.
