AWESOME place! This is where we fell in love with Armenia.
Pros:

We booked 2 connected rooms. The stay was magical! The place is run by an Armenian-Australian couple, extremely nice people. The Hotel is designed and built from scratch by them! The location is fantastic - you will not find better. Rooms and beds very comfortable, and extra clean. We fell in love with the balcony that every room has, with the wonderful view of the cliff, river and the sky full of stars. Breakfasts delicious. This is the place where you fall in love with Armenia.

What will surprise you is that they pay attention to every tiny detail to make your stay special.

We will definitely come back, especially as the owners have ambitious plans to make this place even better.
Highly recommended. AWESOME place.

A surprising get away from city life

Beautiful location, fabulous staff, western amenities in the heart of Armenia.
Pros:

Attention to detail, the small things, can really make a difference in a hotel stay. The level of care in materials, protection for the environment and level of service set Areni lodge apart. The rushing river and towering cliffs make this a truly unique property.

Aangenaam verblijf dat ook ten goede komt aan lokale gemeenschap
Pros:

De lodge ligt op een prachtige plek in een vallei aan de rivier en op loopafstand van de wijnmakerijen van Areni. De lodge wordt gerund door een Armeens-Australisch koppel dat naast gastvrijheid veel aandacht heeft voor het milieu en dat de inkomsten ook ten goede komen aan de lokale gemeenschap.

Pros:

As soon as we saw the kangaroo sign in the driveway we knew we were in the right place. Fantastic location, very comfortable accommodations and very obliging Australian hospitality. The property is exquisite - couldn’t have asked for anything more.
