Bem localizado, mas com taxa extra
Pros:

A localização do hotel é o ponto alto. Fica bem perto da Duomo de Florença. O quarto também é bem decorado e com itens novos. Os donos deixaram fazermos early check in, pagando 20 euros a mais.

Cons:

Um ponto que me incomodou foi a cobrança de uma taxa extra pela roupa de cama e banho. Salvo engano, paguei 30 euros a mais no ato do check in, em dinheiro vivo. Quando soma, talvez seja possível encontrar um hotel por valor parecido.

Bruit des voisins d en face et du dessus. Déménager les meubles jusqu'à minuit.
Le propriétaire n en peut malheureusement rien.

Matelas bien fermes.
Le prix est peut-être excessif 510€ + 36€ de taxes

Wonderful location, well equipped apartment
Pros:

The location is awesome. Walking distance to the Duomo and close to everything you might need. The staff receiving us was very nice and helpful. Besides it’s located near a busy area, you don’t hear a noice from the street.

Cons:

The bed makes a little bit of noice, but nothing impossible to sleep

Not the property’s fault but the continued shouting on the street at night was off putting
Pros:

Beautiful apartment with lovely contemporary bathroom. Great central location.

Cons:

Really noisy throughout the night from street. Only thing that would put me off staying again

Great view but make sure you read the fine print about hidden costs.
Pros:

Very close to the Duomo. Balcony. View. Locks on doors. Mini fridge in the room.

Cons:

First night, we had no hot water & the electricity went out. Contacted the host and she didn’t respond for two hours. Had to contact booking.com & then she finally responded that a person was coming to fix it. Once that was fixed we were able to have a wonderful stay. The water stayed hot & no more electrical outages.

Ci siamo trovate bene. Le ragazze (sorelle) della reception gentilissime, ci hanno consigliato dove andare a magiare e non abbiamo avuto problemi a lasciare i bagagli a dopo il check out visto la tarda partenza del treno. Complimenti alle ragazze che ci hanno accolto

Tek gece konaklamalarda çarşaf ve havlu getirmeniz isteniyor, yurtdışından gelen misafirler için ilginç bir istek. Rezervasyon öncesi dikkat edilmeli. Bunun dışında güzeldi. Konumu güzel, içi yenilenmiş gayet lüks.

Wonderful stay in a vibrant city.
Pros:

The apartment is beautiful, stylish and modern. The team looking after the property take great care and check on your stay frequently. It is also very close to all the sights. Great for solo travel.
