Cons:

no me pareció bien que te cobren 15 euros por día el aire acondicionado cuando había ola de calor en florencia y no se podía respirar, te ofrecían un ventilador que no hacía nada. después todo lo otro genial

estaba muy bien ubicado y el personal todo muy amable, amorosos y preocupados de la estadía, la nona era amorosa y preocupada y en general todo el equipo estaba siempre muy disponible, el desayuno exquisito nada que decir muy bueno

se especifica que el baño y ducha era compartido pero era realmente pequeño el espacoi de ducha, quizas eso mejorar

Nada, que me devolvieron el dinero tras mucha mucha pelea.

Cons:

Me tuve que ir tras mas de dos horas discutiendo que me devolvieran el dinero. Tenía humedades toda la habitación y el gestor es un argentino embaucador arrogante. Me quisiero cobrar 15 euros por llegar 4 minutos antes del check in pero ellos solucionaban la suciedad y las humedades “en un par de horas”. Después de negarme que eran humedades. La puerta no cerraba bien. Todo esta sucio. Lo único salvable la recepcionista que daba la cara como podía por los gerentes pero no es su culpa. No vengáis no os dejéis engañar por la puntuación.
