Ramadan experience
Pros:

There was no waiting around for lifts.
Check in was very quick and efficient
Staff were very helpful. Our fan in the bathroom was broken as soon as we told them they fitted a new fan.

Cons:

I wish there was a bit of space to pray in the room

It was a pleasant stay, we hope to go again.
Pros:

It was close to Masjid Al Haram, about 5-10 minutes walk in normal pace. The rooms are clean and the staff were kind and approachable.

Budget friendly, close to haram
Pros:

Close to Haram. Staff is very helpful. It is my second time to stay here. ISMA is always super helpful and welcoming.
The new edition of Abdul Malik was amazing. He communicates and understand very well.
House keeping was good.

Cons:

Rooms need to be renovated. The biggest complain is online customer service should be fast.

Avoid at all costs! Horrible staff and condition

Location to main mosque

Cons:

Everything. Room was falsely advertised, the size stated isn’t the right size, the room is not the same as the pictures shown. In poor worn down condition with damage all over the property. One bed had bedbugs and my cousin was bitten. We had a really bad room which we complained about and the manager and staff name Asma displayed poor service just ignoring us and playing on their phone. It’s clearly a race related thing as they displayed a condescending tone and looked down on guests.
They didn’t offer to do anything or help in anyway, the cleaners were helpful. I raised a complaint with booking.com and expect this to be resolved immediately

اهم حاجه انه مشي للحرم بس
Pros:

متوسط القرب الي الحرم

Cons:

رفض العمال الخروج لاخذ الشنط واخبرونا ان نحملها من التاكسي حتى الفندق
الضيق الشديد للغرف مع وضع 3 اسره فى غرفه لا تتسع الا لسريرين على الاكثر
صراحه اقل فندق فى مجموعة اعمار ويحتاج الي الكثير من المجهود من القائمين عليه لترقيته
