Schade um das schöne Hotel, weil der Service miserabel ist.

Grosses, neue renoviertes schönes Hotel in guter Lage bei einem kleinen See.

Cons:

Keinerlei Zimmerservice während unseres 5-tögigen Aufenthaltes. Immer die nassen Badetücher und der nicht gereinigte Boden, das ist sehr enttäuschend. Reception: Keine Fremdsprache, nicht einmal englisch. Vom Empfang bis zur Aushändigung des Zimmerschlüssels vergehen 15 Minuten, weil der Concierge nicht klar kommt mit der Reservation. Obwohl wir sehr früh gebucht haben, scheint unsere Reservation nicht angekommen zu sein. Frühstückmüsli war teilweise über süsst. Bedienung war sehr freundlich, aber wegen fehlender Sprachkenntnis leider äusserst kompliziert.

Pros:

We stayed for one night on our motorcycle road trip. The hotel is located by a small lake, it has a big parking in front. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the owners were super nice and helpfull. We stayed on saturday, and there was a wedding party going on. Fortunately the room was on second flooor and we couldnt hear much noise from the party.

no hair dryer in the room :(

Very happy with this hotel
Pros:

Simple but good breakfast. Husband especially loved french toasts. Nice rooms.

Cons:

Very soft bed, so if someone likes harder surface -be prepared.
