Nothing cancelled my booking.

Cons:

Everything, the property is a complete mess.Dont ever book this hotel. This place looks haunted. Despite being nestled between one of the good properties of Srinagar.

Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Young Mamta for a family trip for 2 days. It was at a very good and convenient location. We booked a family room with triple beds and a double room, all of which were very comfortable and clean. The host, Abrar, was very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The service was very efficient and we didn't have to wait for anything for long after making a request. We had a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Stayed one night with my pet dog - value for money experience
Pros:

Stayed for one night with my pet dog. Their owner is friendly and polite and tries to manage things efficiently. His staffs were also decent and addressing. They do not have kitchen facility, but you may find food right outside its premises. I faced absolutely no issue in staying with my pet dog here.

Coordinate with the hotel properly
Pros:

No phone connection to Reception, for everything we have to come down. No hot water service during our stay, early in the morning we had a trip to go, even after telling the support staff no response all the way I got down from the first floor and told him. We did a cold water shower due to short time.. morning while going out from the hotel at 7:15 Am we ourselves opened the doors and left ..no one in reception.

I will recommend only for back packers.

There is no lift, they provided us the room at 2nd floor and we have to carry our bags on steps. There no person to help.
No tea or breakfast available at the premises.

Had a wonderful stay with great hospitality, comfortable rooms, and a very welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

The hotel is in a prime location with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Even when rooms were initially unavailable, they went out of their way to adjust our booking and ensure we were comfortably accommodated. Overall, a pleasant experience with excellent hospitality.
