Pros:

L'appartamento è spazioso, molto pulito, curato nei dettagli e ha un balcone di dimensioni elevate.
È molto vicino agli stabilimenti balneari e alla via sul lungomare.
L'host è una persona decisamente accogliente, attenta ai bisogni e al benessere di chi soggiorna e sempre gentile e sorridente.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà nell'utilizzo della doccia da parte della persona con disabilità per lo spazio un po' ridotto e il piccolo scalino per entrare nel box, ma l'host è stata molto disponibile nella ricerca e proposta di possibili soluzioni o aiuti.

Pros:

Naprosto skvěle ubytování. Studio které jsme měli bylo maličké, ale naprosto vyhovující. Vše co člověk potřebuje tam bylo. Tasia, která nás tam přivítala je naprosto skvělý člověk, pro kterého není nic problém. Jestli se nekdy budeme do Rimini vracet, tak určitě budeme bydlet zde. Jenom za me matrace byla příliš tvrdá, ale to neberu jako chybu ubytování, protože na matraci má každý úplně jiný vkus.

Tasia person in charge is extremely helpful, pro active and responsive. Being in the tourism industry myself I can tell you that her attitude and customer service is exceptional. Nice apartment conveniently located in Rimini. We enjoyed our stay and would return for sure.

Cons:

There is nothing that I can point out which we didn't like. Absolutely fantastic and enjoyable stay we had. Early check in was made possible by Tasia and that was so helpful after long journey.

Cea mai frumoasă cazare în sejur de 10 nopți în locați diferite!

Curățenie,personalul,adică Doamna care nea preluat!Am avut tot ce am avut nevoie!Fiind doar cu ghiozdan în spate!Săpun de vase,lichid ,burete de spălat vase,tacâmuri,veselă,plită,uscător exterior de rufe,aproape de Mare,cafea la discreție(nu buc.sau deloc)etc!Recomand cu drag această locație!Doamna de la recepție excepțională!Tot ce am avut nevoie nea ajutat!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!
Das Appartement ist perfekt ausgestattet – es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und serviceorientiert, genau so wie man es sich im Urlaub wünscht.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand, außerdem zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und die Promenade direkt in der Nähe. Wer zentral wohnen und trotzdem entspannt Urlaub machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Pros:

Я бы хотела, чтобы на меня работал такой администратор! Она делает половину успеха этих апартаментов!
Удобная кровать. Отличный напор горячей воды. Чистое ( и бесплатное, хотя заявлено что за дополнительную плату) постельное белье и полотенце. Очень милые сюрпризы при заезде. Хороший балкон для вечерних посиделок..Холодильник холодит, плита греет. Раскладной диван интересной конструкции. Не самый удобный диван и скрипит, но довольно терпимо.
Электровелосипеды напрокат по символической цене. Жаль, что мы не успели покататься, придется вернуться еще!

Cons:

Очень узкая платная парковка. Но можно было найти бесплатный паркинг на улице за углом.
Было бы здорово иметь стиральную машину- нам ее не хватало.
