Pros:

Great location, close to the beach.

Cons:

This is a hotel I would never choose to stay at again. The room was extremely dirty, with ants all over the floor. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, and the exhaust fan was not working. The bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels were all heavily stained. The mattress was badly sagging, which made it impossible for me to sleep through the night due to severe back pain. Worst of all was the attitude of the staff. Upon arrival, an older parking attendant insisted that I pay 100% of the room fee upfront.

Pros:

I liked the location. We had the balcony room for 2 nights and the size was nice for two adult and 2 children. The staff were very friendly. Quiet.

Cons:

Beds were a little stiff for me. There was some empty water bottles and garbage behind the bed headboard . As in other reviews before booking I found ants crawling around near the bathroom door. They didn't bother us too much and they weren't there all the time. We have ants in our own home so we kind of found it normal.

The only thing that was good was the location.

Cons:

Considering that the hotel is close to the sea, the rooms and beds are really full of sand. You have to keep the window closed. On the balcony there is an old flower pot with cigarette butts.

Good value for the money
Pros:

+ Good location, only few meters from back beach. Near to the market, restaurants
+ Spacious room
+ Friendly staff
+ Good value for the money

Cons:

- No view
- No cleaning service (we stayed two nights and did not receive any new towel nether toilet paper)
- The staff did not speak English, but we managed to communicate via translator
