Pros:

The initial check-in was smooth, staff were helpful with bags.
The sauna was clean and useable.
I had a bit of an emergency and the owners son was so extremely helpful, I had to go to the hospital and I could not wait 30 minutes for a cab, so he drove myself and my friend there and made sure we got back safely. I’m not sure if he officially works there but I saw him there a few times - he was very helpful. If not for him I would be leaving a 1 star review.

Cons:

For starters, the hotel WiFi didn’t reach our room, so we had to use our own data - in my opinion that’s awful.
There were numerous things we requested and didn’t receive: the toilet seat was broken in the room - when informed they never came to fix it - this is something that should have been checked before we ever checked-in.
There were no room refreshes during our entire stay, we had to request fresh towels, there was no housekeeping.
The bathroom has an odd layout, the shower is almost like a wet room but the toilet is directly in front of it meaning it gets completely wet when someone finishes washing. Making it the whole room wet - terrible if someone needs to use the toilet after.
There were 2 bottles of water on check-in, even though 3 of us were staying in the room, once the water was finished we had to pay for new bottles.
The hot tub was dirty and there wasn’t a way to clean it, the filter buttons didn’t work either so there were plenty of dead bugs and leaves in the water. When we asked for someone to clean it so we could use it, no one came. So one of the main features we paid for was not useable.
The location is very inconvenient, if you need to order a cab for anything, the minimum wait is 30 minutes (if they don’t cancel on you) as they’re coming from the city centre.
Breakfast menu is very very limited and just not really nice. If you ordered a drink with breakfast and wanted another one, you’d have to pay for that which I’ve never experienced before.
The only way to contact reception is through WhatsApp, I just don’t find that professional - there are no in room phones and after a certain time the reception door is closed.
Heating in the room was extremely temperamental, it wouldn’t turn on at times, other times it wouldn’t stay on for longer than 10/15 minutes. When we would contact reception they’d just say to wait but nothing would happen.
There were bugs/cobwebs in the room when we first checked in - it didn't feel recently cleaned.

The cleanliness. The resort itself looks beautiful the views.

Cons:

One of the nights we were unable to sleep as there was a party taking place at the restaurant. Extremely loud music that carried on until a little pass midnight.

Mooie ruime kamer met een heerlijk bed. Als ontbijt heb je keuze en dit was heerlijk. Mooie omgeving en hotel met zwembad. Bij ons in oktober te koud, maar wel netjes onderhouden.

Cons:

Je hebt in de omgeving niet veel te doen. Je moet zeker 15 minuten rijden om ergens te komen.

Pros:

Tolle Pool Landschaft , das Essen im Restaurant war super lecker und es waren alle sehr Kinderfreundlich !

Cons:

Leider rings rum um das Hotelgelände sehr viel Müll .. Viele Partys mit wahnsinniger Lautstärke, daher für alle die eher Ruhe suchen nicht zu empfehlen..

Komt totaal niet overeen met de foto, zeer teleurstellend en de prijs absoluut niet waard

Bed was comfortabel

Cons:

We konden pas anderhalf uur later inchecken, de badkamer was superklein waardoor de hele ruimte inclusief de wc nat was na een douche, de douche sputterde en de foto’s van booking komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Ook de bedjes bij het zwembad waren enorm smerig.
