Top verblijf
Pros:

Ons verblijf was prima, het was erg rustig en hadden 3 locaties geboekt. Locatie is ongeveer 20 min van centrum Tirana en zowel op de lokatie als in de omgeving goede restaurants. Zwembad in April is nog koud maar ligt er prachtig bij, bediening op de locatie is top en als je vraagt krijg je alles wat je wilt. Kunt je auto elektrisch laden. Wij hebben vanuit deze locatie een dagje Tirana gedaan en bezoek aan Berat. Aanrader

Cons:

Op badkamer was er geen wand tussen de douche en toilet.

L'emplacement du logement était parfaite, les restaus et les magasins sont à proximités.

Cons:

Lors de notre venu la rue était en travaux donc c'était un peu bruyant, mais rien contre l'établissement.

Pros:

Petit dej, vraiment au top, on s'est régalé, mais surtout c'était authentique et local !
Dans l'ensemble, hotel très sympa, mais notre chambre inconfortable pour dormir car pluie de lumière sans fin, réveillé par le jour a 6h du mat.
Mais personnel très agréable, souriant et accueillant !

Cons:

Trop de lumière naturel dans la chambre, impossible a fermer le veux, donc réveil a 6h du mat, avec le soleil.
Piscine non chauffée, impossible d'en profiter en début de saison.

Very relaxing and connecting
Pros:

Such a relaxing place to stay. Waking up to the river and birds each morning was exactly what we needed. The hotel is close enough to the city for easy access, but still quiet and surrounded by nature. Our room was big, super clean, and the outdoor terrace made our stay even better. We also appreciated having a restaurant right there.
The staff was extremely welcoming, the hotel manager was very helpful and kind! He was always ready to help us!

Would definitely return.

Cons:

We were quite happy with our stay. The breakfast was freshly made every morning, which we really appreciated. However, it’s a bit of a pity that there wasn’t much variety. For a short stay, the breakfast is perfect, but if you stay longer, a bit more variation would be nice.

Ontzettend mooi hotel en heerlijk eten, zeker een aanrader!
Pros:

Ontzettend mooie kamer, wij hadden de 2 persoons Villa, heerlijk ruim en een prima bed. Leuk zwembad met fijne ligbedden.
Ook het restaurant is aan te raden. Lokale bevolking komt hier ook eten en regelmatig is er een feestje.

Cons:

Hotel service zou om de dag moeten te zijn. Echter we zijn hier onze vakantie gestart met drie dagen en nu afgesloten met vier dagen. We hebben ze helaas niet gezien ondanks onze vraag hierom.

Mooie locatie maar nog veel werk
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel is schitterend: midden in de natuur en met een prachtig uitzicht. Ook de kamers zijn ruim en schoon en het ontbijt is simpel maar wel lekker en met lokale producten, wat een fijne basis biedt voor een aangenaam verblijf.

Cons:

Wij misten iemand die je begroet als je arriveert en ook wanneer je weer vertrekt. Er is veel personeel in het restaurant aanwezig maar bij het hotel kijkt niemand naar je om.
Verder een aantal ontbrekende praktische voorzieningen : duidelijke bewegwijzering naar de receptie, voldoende toiletpapier, haakjes voor handdoeken, een kledingkast of droogrekje voor natte spullen, nachtlampjes en goede verduistering. Daarnaast lijkt de afwerking nog niet helemaal afgerond: losse kabels, zichtbare leidingen en details zoals een zeepdispenser zonder zeep, gordijnrails zonder gordijnen en een ophangsysteem voor een brandalarm zonder toestel maken dat het hotel zijn volledige potentieel nog niet benut.

Het grootste aandachtspunt tijdens ons verblijf was echter het restaurant, dat ook als feestzaal wordt gebruikt. Op één avond was er harde muziek en zelfs vuurwerk tot laat in de nacht. Dit maakte slapen lastig, zeker met jonge kinderen. Ondanks onze melding bleef de muziek erg luid. Voor gasten die rust en ontspanning zoeken, kan dit een belangrijk nadeel zijn.

Ons advies aan het hotel zou zijn om hierin een duidelijke keuze te maken: óf inzetten op een rustige hotelervaring, óf op feestlocatie. Als beide gecombineerd worden, zou het prettig zijn als dat vooraf duidelijk wordt gecommuniceerd, zodat gasten weten wat ze kunnen verwachten.
