Bonne localisation mais il ne faut pas avoir trop d'attentes pour le reste.

Localisation, amabilité du réceptioniste.

Cons:

Les rideaux ne descendent pas jusqu'au sol alors dès que le jour se lève, la lumière passe en dessous et nous réveille. Mes nuits ont été écourtées alors que j'avais besoin de récupérer de la fatigue. Ceci dit, j'étais à l'hôtel d'à côté l'année dernière et c'était pareil, peut-être que c'est comme ça dans ce coin.
Les escaliers, le sol de la chambre et le lit grincent :-(
Le gel douche et le shampoing sont des petits sachets de 7ml. C'est trop peu !
Ma chambre était à proximité de l'ascenseur, le bruit m'a dérangé.
Le personnel de ménage n'est pas discret, je l'entendais quand il venait faire les chambres à côté.
Vue sur une cours pas très joli alors que l'hôtel est en face du Rhin, dommage.
Je n'ai réussi à me connecter au wi-fi ni sur mon ordinateur, ni sur aucun de mes 2 téléphones.

Pros:

Gemütliches Hotel mit Charme und sehr angenehmen Gastgebern. Schöne Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon zum Rhein hin.
Gutes Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen, in dieser Preisklasse eine Seltenheit. Die Lage ist hervorragend, öffentliche Parkplätze gibt es reichlich, auch wenn man vielleicht etwas suchen muss.

Cons:

Στις υπηρεσίες που παρέχει το ξενοδοχείο περιλαμβάνει και πρωινό γεύμα αλλά για κάποιο λόγο δεν δικαιούμαι δωρεάν πρωινό. Επίσης το wifi δεν πιάνει σιμά στον δεύτερο όροφο και χρησιμοποιουσα τα δεδομένα του κινητού. Και το δωμάτιο μου δεν το καθάρισαν ούτε μια φορά να αλλάξουν σεντόνια και να φέρουν καθαρές πετσέτες...

Die Lage

Cons:

Der Hotelier war Anfangs unfreundlich, ( wir waren auch zu angekommen).
Danach ok.
Morgens allerdings war er ziemlich unfreundlich.
Nach 10 kam der Housekeeping, wann wir endlich das Zimmer freigäben.
Bei unsrrn Fahrrädern, , die im ( leider schlecht zugänglichen) Fahrradkeller standen, wurde uns noch geholfen, um sie rauszuheben , dann noch kurz Auf wiedersehen gesagt und dann die Tür zugeklappt.
Hätte freundlicher ablaufen können

Das Hotel-Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte zwar Flussblick, war aber nicht sehr groß, das Bad extrem klein.
Für eine Nacht ist es ok.
Sehr schade ist, dass im hotel keine Getränke angeboten werden

Great location, friendly staff, pretty hotel
Pros:

Wonderful location, very friendly staff, pretty hotel with royal vintage vibes and comfortable room with cute balcony (with amazing view). There are good parking spots in front of the hotel and across the street, but they are all public parking spots with parking fee. Right across the street is the river and hotel is located right beside the Andernach Geyser museum.
The staff were very friendly to arrange for us a table fan from the breakfast area as it was unbearable heat during peak summer.

Cons:

In the peak of summer with heat waves hitting 42°C, it would be great if tables fans are already made available for the rooms booked during these times. We felt bad as they had to arrange for it upon request (from the breakfast area) but we couldn't have stayed there with those temperatures.
Also, felt like we were in Belgium or France with separated toilet without a hand wash ;)
