Not recommended worst place in România

My friend and I were looking for a hotel and found this place on Booking. We drove about an hour to get there, and it was a huge mistake. When we arrived, the woman at the hotel first showed us the wrong room. After we told her it wasn’t the room we booked, she took us to another room.

In that room the bed was broken, half of it was literally on the floor. The toilet was also broken and the light in the room didn’t work. We contacted the manager on WhatsApp and explained everything, but instead of helping us they blamed us for the broken things.

After that the manager stopped answering our messages. We tried calling but she just told us to leave the room and hung up while we were talking. When we tried to call again there was no answer. Booking support tried to contact them too but they also got no response.

This is one of the worst places we have ever seen in Romania. It’s sad that they call this place a hotel. It doesn’t even deserve one star.

Not recommended at all. Avoid this place.

הדלת של החדר הושארה לנו פתוחה כי באנו בשעה מאוחרת והמזגן דלק כדי שיהיה לנו נעים
הדירה יכולה להיות מקסימה, נשמח לשוב אחרי שכל השיפוץ שם יסתיים

הדירה הייתה בשיפוצים, הדוש השפריץ לכל כיוון, המים בשירותים לא ירדו, הייתה נזילת מים מהניאגרה, המנורה של המקלחת הבהבה והיינו צריכים לנחש את הקוד של הוויפי

Очень грязно, постель грязная, жуки в апартаментах, стены грязные, мы приехали туда и сразу покинули помещение, арендовали другое, поскольку там было не возможно оставаться
