Simona Apartaments

My mother and I booked this room for one night in Bucharest. First of all, this was not really a hotel at all, but a building UNDER RENOVATION with several apartments.

The staff refused to speak to us over the phone and later sent us a text message asking how they could help us. They then told us that our room was number 01. On top of everything, the person refused to tell us their name, even asking, “Why are you asking for my name?” They then simply said, “Your room is 01, check-out is tomorrow at 11. Good night.” The keys were left in the door, and the room was a double room, which was not what we had booked.

The two bedrooms had BROKEN beds, dirty chairs, and the hinges on the entrance door were practically falling apart along with the door itself. Even when the door was locked, it could still be opened by pushing it slightly harder.

We did not feel safe there at all. What was supposed to be the “reception” was actually an unfinished room that was still under renovation, with broken walls and dirt everywhere, and there was no staff member there. The fact that the person who directed us to room 01 refused to even give us their name was extremely frightening, especially for me as a child.

This was an absolutely terrible experience. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice and choose somewhere else. Not only would you be wasting your money, but the conditions are absolutely unacceptable and the staff leave a lot to be desired.

Nu este nimic ca in poze, camera a fost plina de gândaci, iar seara cumva a apărut si un șoarece de undeva, jumătate din camere nu au cheie, usa de la baie era ruptă, plin de păianjeni, nu se poate sta in asa condiții. Este incredibil cum poate funcționa așa.

Foarte murdar păianjeni in baie și țigări lângă pat de la turiști înainta noastră, telivizorul nu funcționează și pară de la dus curge pe toate părțile

Paturile nu sunt ce trebe ,sunt foarte foarte tari nu te poți odihni. in rest totul a fost impecabil lenjerie au fost foarte curate , curățenia impecabil dar saltelel sunt ceva rău 😭 chiar nu te poți odihni și te trezești cu dureri de spate oribile. Chiar îmi pare rău să spun asta dar poate personalul ia în considerare aspectul saltelele pentru confortul clientului. Restul nota 10

This is a terrible hotel... I went there to stay for one day with my wife, but I couldn't even stay for an hour. They misunderstood because my wife is Filipino... they gave us a room that was under construction, which they got from the reception... the doors are falling apart... the air conditioning doesn't work... there's no shampoo, soap, or towels.... It's unbelievably awful.

Nu a avut nici macar hartie igienica

Tanta sporcizia, insetti, pavimenti sporchi, bagno sporchissimo, da parte dello staff un comportamento inadeguato.
Io ho pagato e mi dispiace per questa esperienza brutta che ho visuto lì, però mi piacerebbe che si prendono le misure dall parte della protezione del consumatore, al meno ché altre persone non devono più avere queste esperienze...

O dezamăgire totală. Personalul nu răspundea la telefon, iar dacă o făcea ori închidea telefonul ori bloca numărul. Au fost gândaci în cameră. Săpun nu există, iar când personalul a fost întrebat dacă se poate lua unul, mi s-a spus:” Aaa…nu avem săpun și nici nu avem de unde să vă dăm”! Praf în camera, lucru ce reiese din lipsa de curățenie! Nu recomand absolut deloc! Alți oameni au venit la mine să mă întrebe dacă îmi merge AC-ul ( din fericire la mine a mers) pentru ca ei nu puteau să îl pornească (nu există telecomandă) iar personal le-a închis telefonul și le-a blocat numărul!

Nu a fost curat , nu a fost schimbat cerceafu de pat si fata de perina , nu a fost spalat pe jos , insecte pe perete .. foarte murdar in juru patului si a noptierei .
