Außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe der Weimarer Altstadt

Für uns war es die beste und schönste Hotelerfahrung, die wir jemals gemacht haben. Das Hotel Hollerbusch ist
ein wunderschönes, liebevoll geführtes Hotel in Laufentfernung zur Weimarer Altstadt, mit einem schönen Garten. Das Haus wurde unglaublich schön renoviert und strahlt eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre aus. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, modern renoviert und trotzdem sehr gemütlich, da sie in einem Stil eingerichtet sind, der dem historischen Charakter des Hauses entspricht. Das Frühstück ist phantastisch und auch sehr anspruchsvoll gestaltet. Wir sind als große Familie gereist und das Hotel bietet im Erdgeschoss und im Garten auch die Möglichkeit, dass man auch tagsüber zusammen gemütlich sitzen und Zeit verbringen kann. Die von dem Hotel angebotene "Gourmetpauschale" beinhaltet neben dem Frühstück auch die Möglichkeit, tagsüber Kaffee und Kuchen sowie nicht-alkoholische Getränke zu genießen, wobei immer sehr leckere Dinge aufgefahren. Kann man nur empfehlen.
Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich freundlich und entgegenkommend und uns mangelte es an nichts.
Wir sind alle wildentschlossen, noch einmal zu kommen. Umso bedauerlicher ist es, dass das Hotel Hollerbusch unmittelbar nach unserem Aufenthalt Anfang Oktober 2025 zunächst auf unbestimmte Zeit schließen wird. Aber falls es wieder aufmacht, werden wir sicher wieder dort logieren.

Pros:

Lovely hotel and I had a nice room with a balcony, fridge and spacious bathroom. Very close to the Nietzsche archive and a convenient bus stop. Staff were very helpful and there were several things included that I never got around to use. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic property and host!
Pros:

It is a great smaller hotel. Well furnished, accommodating to this traveler’s needs. The breakfasts are great. Nutritious, nice variety and plentiful. The help yourself food & beverage services throughout the day are nice to have available. I wish to have gotten more acquainted with the history of the building and story of it as a hotel today.

Cons:

I liked everything about it. That said, a few maintenance points in the bathroom and on the free to use cycles can receive more attention.

A real gem of a hotel.
Pros:

Great host! A convenient location, within walking distance from the city center and a bus stop close by. Wonderful room with all the amenities one could wish for as well as a nice breakfast room and a lush garden with plenty of tables for guest to sit outside and enjoy.

Pros:

Absolute wonderful hotel. Liked especially the free soft drinks and free first serving in the minibar. Luxury bed. Beautiful building.

Cons:

The wonderful ♥️ (!!) host /owner has a list of tips for nearby restaurants. The Felsenkeller should be off the list. Horribly "zäh" meat, and the bier brewer sat by our outside table smoking all the time

Best hotel I have been in for many a year
Pros:

I have never given a hotel this high a rating. Which says it all really. Beautiful decor, a wonderfully generous breakfast, free non-alcoholic drinks and cake all day - what more could one wish for?

Hey, everything was luxory - on spot and all around was so nice and tidy - nothing to complain and as we had room 26 - it was gorgous.

We loved the bar of trust(bar des Vertrauens) liquor and wine - and you have to notify what you had to pay this at the end - very reasonable pricing

Pros:

The hotel is in an old town house, beautifully restored with great attention to detail. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Tea, coffee and cake were offered on arrival. The hotel has parking and is well located for visiting Weimar.

Very stylish and comfortable stay in the town of Goethe and Schiller
Pros:

Great service, free cake and (non-alcoholic) drinks around the clock, great sauna & spa area (extra charge). Friendly staff, great interior of both the bedrooms and the common rooms (antique style, but all modern and fully functional). Walking distance to town center. Side Note: Great artisanal bread in the bakery Brotklappe!
