Pros:

Staff great, Good mosquito net. Breakfast hygeinic, tasty, healthy. Pool cool. Airport shuttle reliable and cheap. Could exchange money.

Cons:

Only one bottle-opener in the bar, it seemed! (Buy a beer- wait for someone to open it!)

A wonderful stay in the heart of Bujumbura.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, always went above and beyond to provide great hospitality. Food was very good. The pool and other amenities were all exceptional. I had really enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

Pros:

空港送迎を10ドルで受け付けてくれるのがうれしい。ホテルの近くには観光名所と言えるものはないが、落ち着いていてそれなりに安心できる環境。ホテルの地下にレストランやバーもあり、地元の食事をとったりローカルビールを飲むこともできる。チェックアウトが12時なのもありがたい。

Cons:

ある程度仕方ないところだが、ネット回線が不安定だったり時折停電したりする。また、シャワーはかなり微妙なクオリティなのに注意。エレベーターがないので大きな荷物がある場合は階段の上り下りが大変かもしれない。

Wonderfull people, Relaxing, Great Food and Great expirience!
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional. The location is centrally located near the CBD and was ideal for my logistics. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. They go above and beyond to assist the guests. My clothes were ironed for free which was very convinient for me. They assisted me to get a sim card to enable me communicate with my family back home. They helped me buy clothes for an official dinner I was attending. I loved the swimming pool. The environment is very serene,clean and pleasant. The receptionists speak english which is helpfull for guests who cannot speak french or swahili. They orginsied airport pick up and drop off.

Cons:

The free wifi in my room 206 was not accessible so i had to sit by reception to access the free wifi.

Horrendous!
Pros:

The rooms were too dark. The photos online are extremely misleading. I had to cancel my five night booking after only one night

We hebben van het verblijf kunnen genieten, maar aan het hotel zijn er wel werkpunten

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Er was veel lawaai ‘s nachts, de airconditioning werkte slechts in 1 van de 4 kamers, het licht knipperde constant in de kamer en het ontbijt was teleurstellend. Daarnaast hadden we 2 dagen geen wifi in de kamer. Het personeel probeerde wel te helpen, dat apprecieerden we enorm.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and professional. The food was tasty and served in good portions.The room was also cleaned daily and everything was neatly arranged in its place without snooping in your personal stuff.
