Parkplatz inbegriffen inseamna Parcare inclusa.Nu a fost cazul....I am trimis propietarului o captura de ecran cum a fost descrierea cand am rezervat si el mi a trimis alta in care scria ca este pe strada....inclusiv la Booking.com am trimis si astept returnarea banilor pt ca eu am plecat dupa 30 de min de discutii cu propietarul si cu Booking....
Si in plus "Suita" din prezentare era decat o camera simpla....care as fi acceptato pana la urma daca aveam si parcare.Si in plus pe hol mirosea cand am ajuns puternic a mancare gatita.....

An okay place but poor customer service
Pros:

Location is very central and the place itself is okay although a but rundown (in need of a paint job)

Cons:

I have had a bad experiențe: there was no heating upon arrival for hours on end untill I had to leave and book another place:( The property said that it was beyond their control (gas failure) but they will fix it. However it was getting late and outside was full blown winter (-10 degrees). Getting a refund was a nightmare with the property making all attempts to avoid that:( So “customer service” was a solid no go:)

Cons:

Темная парадная, ключи в разных местах, постельное белье не чистое, такое впечатление что оно не менялось, нет масленого холодильника, номер был прокуренный. Кровать сломана!!

Clean spacious rooms in a quiet neighborhood.
Pros:

Clean spacious rooms in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants around and a supermarket three block away. The neighborhood is quiet. The hosts were particularly helpful in assisting me in retrieving something I left behind. Thank you!

Cons:

No complaints, but would recommend an dish rack for air drying dishes.

L’unico e solo lato positivo é che é a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro

Non siamo soliti fare recensioni negative ma in questo caso é di dovere per i futuri clienti.
In apparenza pulita ma in realtà era sporca. Gli asciugamani che ci sono stati dati avevano delle macchie marroni, tende sporche, ci sono stati dati quattro cuscini due senza federe e due sporchi con delle macchie nere. Asciugacapelli/phon non funzionante, messo in presa emetteva fumo ed odore di bruciato. La doccia si allagava. Informazioni non molto chiare su come accedere alla struttura, ci siamo fatti aiutare da altri clienti dello “chateaux” che anch’essi il giorno precedente avevano avuto il nostro stesso problema. Abbiamo dormito una notte qui ma sopra le coperte perché il letto era sporco, per 72€ a notte ci si può aspettare di meglio. Consiglio di prestare attenzione alla pulizia e alla sicurezza del cliente vista anche la problematica del asciugacapelli.

Cons:

La stanza era molto sporca, abbiamo dovuto chiedere che ci venissero cambiate le lenzuola in quanto piene di peli, e evidentemente sporco, servizio per niente tempestivo. Asciugamani idem, per fortuna avevamo le nostre. In bagno ci siamo ritrovati anche qualche scarafaggio. Esperienza davvero deludente. Assolutamente sconsigliato!!!
