location is okay but not worth it
The apartment was quite dirty and clearly not cleaned properly before our stay. Surfaces were sticky, worn and simply gross. The whole place felt unhygienic and neglected. To make matters worse, there was a used shaver blade left in the shower. The towels also looked rather old & worn out, luckily I had brought one so I didn’t have to use it.
The WORST part by far was the lack of privacy. The apartment we stayed in is in a semi-basement + basement and had a window that looked directly into the room. At night, with the lights on, people outside could easily see straight in. There was no proper way to cover the window from inside, as you cannot reach the window to cover it, and there were no blackout curtains or anything similar. We felt extremely uncomfortable, especially when changing clothes.
There were also no proper toiletries provided. The only shower gel we found looked like it had been left behind by a previous guest rather than supplied by the property.
Also worth noting: the tourist tax had to be paid on top of the price shown on Booking. That part was my mistake because I did not check carefully enough, but it did feel a bit hidden.
Overall, I really regret not paying more attention to the fact that this place only had a few reviews. I definitely would NEVER stay here again.

Location is nice
Terrible service that even a good location cannot compensate for
I have stayed at this hotel several times, but each visit gets worse.
First of all, things go missing. And this is not a one-time issue. I have repeatedly left small items in the room — unopened food, glasses, even jewelry — and after check-out they are simply “not found.” When contacting the staff, the response is always the same: they didn’t see anything. It feels like a recurring problem rather than an accident.
Secondly, there is a local tax that was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process on Booking. It feels like a hidden charge that you only discover upon arrival.
Thirdly, the hotel clearly does not meet the standards of a 4-star property. Basic toiletries that should be provided are missing from the room.
Even in the most expensive apartments:
there is no chair in the hallway to sit on while putting on shoes
no shoehorn
and honestly, it feels awkward to even ask about bathrobes and slippers, which should be available upon request in a 4-star hotel
Conclusion: very poor service that, unfortunately, is not compensated even by the good location. I will not be returning.
Everything was perfect. The studio was very spacious and clean. We arrived during the night and the night guard gave us our key to enter the room and we checked in next morning.
The staff was nice and the location of the residence is good, in a very calm neighborhood just 7 minutes walking from one of the main avenues.
Nothing, it was all very good. But maybe a suggestion, it would be a good thing if they could have a vending machine available for water and snacks. Specially when visitors arrive during the night, that would be very helpful.

Siamo rimasti a Bucarest 3 giorni, in questa struttura a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, abbiamo usufruito anche del parcheggio sotterraneo per l'auto a noleggio, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento con 5 letti e 2 bagni, tutto molto pulito e accogliente, camere spaziose. Consigliatissimo!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό, τρομερα άνετο για 2 άτομα, είχε μια μικρή κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα πράγματα για να φτιάξεις πρωινό ή ακόμα και μεσημεριανό. Το δωμάτιο που είχαμε εμείς ειχε και δύο μπαλκονάκια και ήταν πολύ ζεστό. Τέλος, η κοπέλα στην υποδοχή ήταν πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική. Μας εξήγησε τα πάντα με λεπτομέρειες και μας καλωσόρισε στο πάρκινγκ που είχαμε κλείσει.
