Cons:

No advanced warning that the bar and lounge area would be closed on the Sunday evening, the final night of our stay. Disappointing end to our weekend when we returned at 9pm for a planned night cap ot two. A simple text would have been helpful.

Pros:

I’ve stayed here regularly for the past four years, and sadly this most recent visit will be my last due to a change in my job. I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to the whole team for always looking after me so well.

The reception staff, especially Tina and Irina, are always so friendly and welcoming, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The housekeeping team are consistently cheerful and incredibly hardworking, and it really shows in how well the rooms are maintained.

The bar and restaurant staff are always courteous and helpful, and the food is delicious. I particularly appreciate how willing the kitchen is to adapt the menu to accommodate requests - thank you for that.

The rooms are lovely, and the ongoing refurbishment is only making the hotel even better. The grounds are beautiful too, and it’s a perfect spot for a peaceful after-dinner walk.

Thank you again to everyone for making my stays here so enjoyable over the years. I will miss coming back.

Very comfortable, lovely food, and friendly staff. Would recommend a stay here.
Pros:

We had a lovely room, the executive room, very spacious and comfortable

Cons:

Arriving in the dark, we couldn’t see the sign for reception, so spent a while finding the right entrance.

Value for money, exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Plenty of selection for breakfast, continental and cooked to order options. Great location, village location but on main road so easy access. Staff lovely, polite and helpful. Room lovely and spacious.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like.
