Pros:

The location is good. But the area needs lots of development. Proper road to the hotel has to be there.

Cons:

The hotel is ideal for bachelor's going with friends. It is not completely the owners fault. The overall environment has to be revamped.
The place is like 25 to 30 years old Goa.

One of the best resorts next to beach in This budget, Location was good. Staff was friendly . Food not available here but you have access to neighbour property for food just 50mtr walk variety food options available with reasonable price. overall I feel it's a great property to stay

Beautiful Stay
Pros:

The location is exceptional. Step out of the room and you can see the beautiful beach. Rooms were big and could accommodate 5-6 people. Clean and comfortable stay.
I would like to visit again.
