Very good for short stay
Pros:

Staff was very receptive, polite and attentive. We could check in earlier. You have everything you need. No issues with hot water or lack of AC

Cons:

Cleanliness could be improved fot the price. Everything is a bit rundown. Holes in the towels and stained linen but i've had this recently in Europe at more expensive accommodations so maybe it's a budget hotel thing. We also stayed for 5 nights so we had time to observe.

Excellent hotel in good position walkable to train station. Friendly staff. Deepek was very helpful to me when I arrived and looked after me. The room was clean and has a fridge. It's in a quiet lane. Great place to stay and they kindly store luggage. Recommended

I am a frequent traveller and this was my worst stay ever in a hotel. I booked two Superior studio rooms and sharing my experience in the below key points
1. They don't provide complementary water in the rooms
2. The rooms are dirty and there are damp and mud marks, there is a bad odor in the room. The tea kettle was dirty.
3. The AC stopped working at night.
4. The bathroom flush was not working and even after calling for help and repairing it, the issue was not resolved.
5. They have a clever way to get your good feedback. They want you to give the review in front of them asking for a screenshot, which somehow prevents people from writing about the bad experiences. So don't believe the good reviews because we were also trapped by those.
