The room was clean and large. The location is good, not far from the mall and big vinmart. The bed linen was clean. It would be more comfortable for us if there was a kettle. But they gave us hot water every time we asked. The host was very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the smell in the room was musty and old. And the beds were super hard.

I had a disappointing experience at Hotel Thanh Bình 2. The room was dirty and not well-maintained. The furniture was old, and the walls had stains. The bed sheets did not feel fresh, and the bathroom had a bad smell. It was clear that the hotel needed better cleaning and renovation. I would not recommend staying here unless they improve their hygiene and facilities.
