velke wellness centrum aj fitko, bazen a virivka velmi ciste, velmi dobre jedlo vratane ranajok, velmi dobra lokalita - kusok prechadzkou k Bojnickemu zamku, supermarkety v pesej dostupnosti, hotel skoro novy, cisty, prijemny

v priestoroch, kde sa nachadzaju sauny, bol dost intenzivny neprijemny zapach (kanalizacia/moc), prvy den pobytu to nebolo take citelne, ale druhy den to bolo velmi neprijemne - podotykam ale, ze sme sa na to nepytali, mozno by sa s tym bolo byvalo dalo nieco urobit (?). miernou nevyhodou je parking - je dostupny aj pre verejnost, nielen hosti - avsak tu dodam, ze ako host som nevedela najst miesto, ale hotelovy personal bol velmi ochotny a nasiel mi miesto, co bolo velke plus

Terrible hotel and terrible service

Cons:

I am so angry. We didn’t have ac. They put a portable unit in our hotel room. They claimed that there were no other rooms. How was our room the only room that didn’t have ac. No discount at all. When we checked out the lady was so rude and she didn’t even apologize. I am disgusted. We spent good money…our money on a poor hotel and poor service.
Our shower was nice except for the drain. The shower water flooded the bathroom and made a huge slipping hazard.

that they showed up in my search as hotel with pool and wellness - the price was high enough to support that - but upon arrival we would have had to pay extra to actually use those facilities. This was a first for me. I would have then picked a cheaper beautiful and clean place without a pool had I known that.
Either booking would need to fix theor search engine or it would need to be more transparent... when I search for a hotel with a pool and wellness and breakfast -- I am not expecting it to not be included in the price...

Hotel je pekny moderne zariadeny.Vela moznosti na relax aj pohyb.Ranajky pestre a chutne.

Ubytovaniu ako takemu nemam co vytknut iba to ze apartman standard ktory sme mali nemal ani terasu ani balkon ako bolo v popise aj na fotkach.To nas trocha sklamalo lebo ten balkon bol jedna z veci pre ktore sme si ten apartman vybrali.
