A beautiful escape from Beirut just up the coast and very welcoming
Pros:

I was greeted by Stephanie and had contact prior to my arrival via WhatsApp, check-in was very straight forward and I was directed up to my suite on the fourth floor.

Well proportioned, well appointed and a very good size with views of the sea and mountains and a nice balcony to watch the day pass whilst taking tea or coffee.

The bedroom was en-suite with a very large and comfortable bed at the rear with a nice living room to the front with small kitchen and prep area with replenished bottled water each day.

The staff were both incredibly helpful and polite with any issue or concern being resolved almost immediately, when raised.

Breakfast was delivered each morning to my room and I found the food both incredible and varied as each day was different during my week long stay.

HOtello is well located, with easy access to the freeway or just a fifteen minute walk to The Old Souk in Jounieh with many cafes, restaurants and shops to peruse during the day.

The mountains and villages I explored on foot and the scenery was stunning and the locals friendly and welcoming.

All in all I loved my stay at HOtello and thank you to Stephanie and all of her staff
for their kindness and hospitality.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. Everything was well organized, clean, and thoughtfully managed. The room was not only comfortable but also beautifully maintained, offering all the comfort and relaxation I needed. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for — always smiling, helpful, and professional.

I would like to give a special thanks to the manager, Stephany, whose warmth, attention to detail, and personal touch made all the difference. She made sure everything ran smoothly and checked in with such sincerity — it left a lasting impression.

The location was perfect, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the service was top-notch. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!"*

Service basique, place de parking disponible.

Cons:

Personnel non formé et service d'accueil de mauvaise qualité., payement uniquement au check in. C'est comme ça ou sinon vous pouvez aller voir ailleurs selon la gérante. Quand je suis arrivé ils m'ont dit que le petit déj n'est pas inclus alors que cela était clairement mentionné comme inclus sur Booking et dans la réservation. Je ne recommande pas pour une famille cherchant du confort et un accueil de qualité. Ils n'ont pas de restaurant ou un espace réservé pour la restauration,ils ramènent le petit déj uniquement à la chambre.

The tv set was not working, a guest from the hotel came and fixed it, there were no POS machines to accept credit cards, the breakfast was horrible, consisted of 2 cheese croissants, one cucumber and some olives for 2 persons there were no signs to tell the way even with google maps it took us an hour to arrive...
